Coffee makers are given upon request but they told me they had none available for my week stay. They kept the luggage carts in the same room as the vending machines which was already a closet sized space. The location was next to the highway so traffic was very loud during rush hours, honorable mention for people who are sound sensitive. The sink would drip if you didn’t push it off to one side. The outlet next to the office desk wouldn’t hold the plug in either socket for my laptop charger. I had to use an extension cord and plug it in by the sink.

Plenty of parking in the rear, warm water, didn’t have to request the microwave. Multiple trash bags are provided for your stay and they have trash bins at the end of each hallway so you don’t have to keep it in the room or put it on the carpet outside of the door. The staff, mainly, were very courteous and friendly. Sheets and pillows were clean and the mattresses have encasements.

The facilities were dirty. The minute we walked into our room there was a roach inside. The fridge was so loud it kept us up all night.

There was a staff member who had saw me the night of my stay and before I left she watched me walk out of my room came back inside from smoking a cigarette then asked me if I was a guest. And also I witnessed two roaches crawling up the wall.

The arrival staffing was PHENOMENALcustomer service.

Sofa broken and slumped in the middle. No cable TV. Night stand only on one side of bed.

Remote control did not work. Tub was dirty with hair in it. bathroom sink water sprayed everywhere, coffee maker leaked everywhere. Junkies arguing with front desk clerk about not being allowed back on property.

They had roaches in our room so we had to leave with a newborn and a 9yr old in the middle of the night to find another room it being spring training weekend everything was sold out it was so hard to find anything else

They were very understanding and accommodating when the issue came up

I indicated that I needed a first floor room as my husband is disabled, and they were not able to accommodate. On top of that, the elevator was broken so my husband had to climb stairs to get to our room. Our room was located towards the very rear of the hotel, and there weren’t any handicap parking spaces in the area. We needed sheets for the pull out sofa bed, and when I called the front desk, the receptionist informed me that she was alone and requested that I come to pick up the sheets. I didn’t mind but didn’t like that they were so understaffed. Our non-smoking room’s bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke and the area located at the exit door was loaded with trash outside of the already full garbage can and was still there when we checked out.

I liked that it wasn’t too far from the medical facility my husband was receiving treatment at.

we stayed on the 3rd floor and it was very hot out in the hallway and the room. A/C was working so i did use that. Not very clean and smelled weird inside the room.

If you didn't lock people out of certain door even you know I had the keys maybe it wouldn't be a problem for one person. But you had multiple people that had complaints about it and it was one woman that worked at night that was causing problems

The room was really run down. The bathroom sink is cracked, the tub did not have a stopper so only showering was the option. There were two bathroom trash cans under the sink...one appeared to be under the pipes to catch drips if there were any. The breakfast had a lot to be desired. Not much and we as guests has to constantly remind the staff to replace coffee and what little they provided for breakfast. The cost is too much for what I did get.

The dog park next to the hotel was awesome! The house keeping staff were kind and polite. The front desk staff, when there, were polite.
