You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe pricing was a bit to high but the over all of the location and comparing to the other 2 hotel around close by this one is considered good place to stay at.
Didn't do breakfast but the location was OK the burners didn't work but I was able to change rooms. The staff was kind of pleasant they could use more kindness to be customer service especially when you call and ask about pricing. My reservation as for someone else I made the mistake of putting in my name instead of the other person front desk wasn't that pleasant but we got it right anyway over all it's a nice place to be and stay.

United States of AmericaBooked the room for my son. When he went to check in, he was told I needed to go online and authorize the credit card charge, so I did that. I then got a call saying they tried running the card twice and it was declined, I'm assuming because it was out of state. Went back online to authorize a different card which went through with no problems. I checked my accounts the next day only to find that I was charged THREE times for one room. Twice on the card that was "declined" and once on the other card. Called the hotel and was basically told it wasn't their problem. So I basically paid almost $300 for a 7-hour stay at a hotel that was, according to my son, "okay, but they had rats the size of kittens all around right outside the hotel entrances" and the people in the next room were up partying all night so he only got an hour and a half sleep.

United States of AmericaThe fridge didn't work properly, the guest above us made a lot of noise over our heads. The water was low. They advertised a kitchen with utensils to cook with but when requested the items they said that they didn't have any. No coffee machine in the room. The shower was hard to turn on. The tissue roll never stayed on the tissue holder. The kitchen wasn't in good working standards. I thought I would be able to cook in my hotel room but was unable to. The name is Extended Stay but it felt like they didn't want us there.
The location, parking was free and they offered laundry facility.

Very close to a major grocery store. Front desk promptly supplied a toaster, coffee maker/coffees d pot upon request.
