Room was very small, even though the location was ok, the parking lot had a large amount of broken glass all over, we opted for parking on the street, the pool was unusable, the breakfast was very minimal the second day, and non-existent on the first, just juice and coffee, no condiments and no options, just ate out. The serving counter was not clean. We had children with us who were afraid to go outside the room without us, I believe the motel is also being utilized by the Salvation army as a long term shelter, one 2 year resident actually turned on the coffee for us, and informed us that there was no butter, cream cheese or anything for the bagels, which were store bought mini bagels thrown in the display cabinet, bag and all. We did not spend a lot of time in the room which had no place to hang your coat, no hairdryer, no coffee maker, etc.... And we will not be returning. I have stayed at many motels by Wyndham and this was by far a disgrace to the franchise name.

The room was fairly clean, some staff were very helpful, and location was close to attractions we had on our itinerary.

Weird smell in the elevator. Pool / hot tub not running. Strange people sitting outside smoking and such that seemed to be living there. I would never bring my children there.

It was a total cat fish deal.. the pictures shown are when the property is finished and I'm sure I will be nice.. at this moment no pool and that was a huge part of making this booking.. The place is under full remodel!!

Construction thru out , said there was a hot tub but it was not there as the entire place was under construction. The people next to us were loud and even after calling the front desk they still had their loud kids running up and down the hall all night and mor ing as well as there music tv loud all night

When we checked in the owner said he was "giving us an upgraded room". This was not an upgrade, it was the actual room we booked. We also found that another party staying in the building was paying way less than what we had booked our rooms for. There seemed to be a criminal element in the parking lot, and the lobby of the building. There was a continuous smell of marijuana in the air, and the elevator. There was a truck parked in front of the building that was in the handicap spot that had continuous occupants that watched us and made us nervous as we came and went. This seems like a very seedy establishment.

The hotel was outdated and rundown.. the hot tub was not working and when told the staff, it was kinda a oh well thing. The price i paid did NOT match the price that was listed on the door.

This entire place was really run down and looked incredibly shabby. The pictures advertised did not match the actual place. Also, if you are a woman traveling alone, please find somewhere else to stay. This place is not safe. There were always people hanging around out front of the hotel drinking and loitering. I felt very unsafe walking by myself to the room. Also, the hotel says that it is nonsmoking, but the entire building absolutely reeked of weed and tobacco. If you have allergies or sensitive lungs, consider a different place to stay.

There was only one good thing about this stay. The bed was comfortable. It was centrally located.

No continental breakfast. The parking lot was sketchy. No lock on our door. The pool area was littered with beer bottles. Mold growing above shower ceiling.

We liked how the pool and hot tub connected. We liked the corner room. We liked the view. The bedroom was clean and the sheets were soft.

Even though it was under construction; they still went out of their way to accommodate. I was very appreciative that they still had their pool area open and the rooms were nice. They even had breakfast! It was so nice. The staff were very nice!

That they didn't give refund when I tried to cancel booking over 2 months in advance. Booked online something got messed up got wrong reservation So it stated that we could not cancel or get a refund. I know that We had selected free cancelation and no payment till property paid over 500.00 Read reviews before staying at this hotel Management not helpful at all to resolve refunding money.

Everything - did not get the 2 rooms I reserved, did get a king suite but not big enough for a family of 6. Place looked like it was falling apart and not taken care of very well. Needs a lot of love.
