Very old, with absolutely no upgrades for decades. Carpets were gross, rooms were bare minimum, walls were paper thin (could hear everything and everyone). Breakfast was minimal. Rear entrance was always open (not secured).

There wasn't much to like with this hotel. Location was probably the best feature. Parking was decent. Pillows were comfortable.

Staff not friendly, always on their phones when helping others!!!!! Knocked on my door at 10:08 am and asked if I was checking out when checkout time was 11:00am!!! WTH!!

It didn’t have breakfast even though they advertise having one, housekeepers starting vacuuming the hallway around 9, they brought babies with them to the job and they were very loud, crying, housekeepers knocked a few times on the door even after us telling them we don’t need housekeeping a couple of times. We were bitten by some tiny insects in one of the beds, but I don’t think they were bedbugs

It’s run down doors have holes in them rooms are tiny. A lot of weird people walking around out front. And the staff asked what service my service dog provided.

I booked a non-smoking room but the room smelled awful. Definitely was a smoking room. Early next morning around 5:30am staff was doing laundry and the dryer was making a very loud banging noise. Could hear it five rooms away.

Location was great. Bed was comfortable.

The toilet seat was up with obvious urine in it when we got in. Door looked damaged and hung crooked. Didn't close on its own. Phone rang for some reason at 1130 pm. Loud all night long people in and out slamming the door. Car alarm right out my window at 3 am. Didn't sleep much. Bulbs missing in lamps also.

Clerk didn't speak very good English and was rude. Coffee was terrible, no syrup, and rest of continental breakfast didn't have very many choices.

How the customer service works make me feel like I'm stupid, I check out one day before my check out day . And I'm not sure if I will booked with them again. I asked for iron the Cleaner told to talk to a front desk I said OK , front desk no iron in any room then the other side we don't have one available, on June 18 on my check out early I asked the woman that was at front desk about iron she said I should of said whoever in front desk that day they were get one to use, I told her I dd asked the answer was no there's no iron in any room.

I like how the Cleaner works does they're job.

The towel bar was broken, several towels were stained, and the bathroom door was split at the back from water exposure. Cords hanging from the tv. One outlet for the microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Fridge was unplugged so was not cold and even after running all night, the freezer was not freezing yet. Coffee maker had no carafe. The tv kept jilting off and on every 5 min or so making it difficult to relax while watching a show. The floor was not clean, the lamp was dirty and covered in dust. There were holes in the curtains, which caused light to stream in at night. There were no tissues in the tissue holder. The hair dryer is old and dirty and has wires exposed. This room was a disappointment for the cost.

Upon entering the facility, sign at check in indicated that we would be charged an additional $100 more than the price of the room. The $100 would be returned to Credit Card up to five days after the stay. Presumably after checking that the room had no damage. We found that our room had damage, (towel rack was broken) (Curtains had tears) obviously the room had not been checked prior to our arrival. Furniture was very basic, painted over poorly constructed particle board. The interior as well as exterior needed to be cleaned.

Easy access off I-90 Sioux Falls, adequate parking, price was right, beds were very comfortable.

the place is pretty run down. housekeeping only asked if i wanted anything one time in four days and never touched the room the rest of my stay. continental breakfast consisted of waffles, dry cereal, or bread, milk or coffee.

Hot tub was cold, no carpet, overall just kind of run down. Also the hotel is backed up to a residence that collects large birds, like turkeys, an emu, peacocks….and they’re loud…all night, very strange lol
