The bathroom door would not close. The floor was dirty.Not very good for the money!

The hotel is under renovations so everything is amuck. But the main concern was all the questionable humans outside. It seems the hotel keeps the unusual activity on the south side and possibly rents rooms to homeless/druggies... All other guests are on the North side. It was a concern, but overall we had no issues. I believe that once the hotel is renovated and everything including the pool/hot tub are in working order (the pool by the way is a very nice size pool) wanted to get in it so bad..The rooms aren't clean, there was a puddle of water in the bathroom we thought the toilet leaked but we mopped it up with towels and that worked out; but why was there water on the floor? the towel we used was black so that told me that the floors didn't/don't get mopped.. I usually always clean my room when I get there but I wasn't able to clean the floors. I would stay there again honestly. The price will go up once renovations are complete...So as they say, you get what you pay for if your on the cheap..

Breakfast was very disappointing. No coffee available for breakfast. It did look like the property was just acquired and needed a lot of work.

The room had two queen beds which we needed for this trip. It was close to our route.

the fact that they have the dumpsters emptied 3:30 in the morning on a Sunday! came across a roach or two when I checked in. asked for a different room.

the rooms had cigarette burn holes in sheets, the door latch was broken, the tile floor was dirty, and found bottle caps near bed. there was a lot of transients in the area also.

the front desk was awesome. very courteous on the day shift. I checked in after 7, front desk WASNT having it.

Outside noise level high - parking lot traffic. Hall noise levels high with people yelling / talking loud, kids running & yelling. Mattress very hard. Coffee pot didn't work. Coffee set up was missing cream & sugar/sweetener. Door between adjoining room didn't lock. Desk with no chair. Desk lamp had no bulbs. No bathroom trashcan. Bathroom floor was stained. Shower tub grout yucky. Breakfast 'to go' was sad. Over cooked scrambled eggs, undercooked hash browns, bland sausage, coffee blah. Middle of a big renovation - shouldn't rent rooms that aren't finished & double checked.

AC worked well. Staff very friendly.

Gave us a room initially that was a total mess and apparently under renovation. Moved us to a different room that was better but still not great. Lots of homeless around outside. To go breakfast only so skipped.

Well my whole thing when getting a hotel i is the free breakfast in the morning to start your day off. Whatever they served my dog wouldn't eat. They server better breakfast at the soup kitchen for the homeless. There wasn't a shower curtain in the shower the refrigerator hardly works at checkout the next day my waters were finally cold. Hey but they bed was comfy and the ac works for sure.

First called at 3 PM and room wasnt ready arrived at 615 and room still wasn't ready. After an hour one room was ready the second one was a mess and has raid spray. Need additional housekeeping.
