We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaAs soon as I walked into the room there was just a nasty oder of cigarette smoke and the tub would even fill up so I could actually sit in the tub and relax. Booked this hotel by accident and the wanted a cancelation fee of the whole day and the rooms aren't even worth the cancelation so I had now choice but to stay anyway

United States of AmericaBreakfast advertised - no breakfast! Ice machine inoperable! Coffee pot in room but no coffee…apparently son of owner checked me jn - didn’t know how and kept running back and forth to his dad in their living quarters asking questions! Just frustrating about the whole thing!
It said it had breakfast - nope! I requested a king on the floor (as we have trouble dragging luggage up stairs at 70+ ) Nope! No elevator! We climbed a flight of stairs to a dingy 2nd floor and found our room - however, requested King and had 2 doubles (no biggie). Description says rooms overlooks river - well, just the office not the rooms! The room had a weird almost musty smell- we sprayed air freshener and it was better! HOWEVER, the rooms did appear to be clean and the beds were comfortable

United States of AmericaNo King size bedrooms available on 1st floor 😢 I'm handicapped and it wasn't easy staying on the 2nd floor and nothing available on the 2nd floor it was advertised as having breakfast from 6am to 9am and what they had available was expired milk and stale baked goods. Their hours were actually from 7am to 9am. Just everything was odd. Couldn't get housekeeping to come in the room to change the sheets we had to give them the sheet to get a clean sheet. Very odd they said that's how it's done now they can't come in an occupied room I never heard of that before. They when we left early due to travel changes they accused us of taking towels and linen. I've never taken anything from a hotel and certainly not towels or linen.

United States of AmericaWhat I dislike about this place is that there were, what appeared to be, visible cigarette burns atop the comforter. It immediately made me feel as if management refused to take the time to invest in new ones. Concerning the bathroom the toilet is very loud after you flush it and it goes on for quite some time. I'm not sure why that is but I think management needs to check that out.
What I like about this place is that the bed was extremely comfortable which is very important for a good night's sleep. There's also a diner nearby as well so when you get hungry you will have something to munch on for sure.
