We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Employees were very nice. Front desk seemed aware of potential issues and assigned rooms accordingly, there was a very loud group of volleyball players that were booked on the lower floor, looked as though most other guests were booked above and away from them, they were so incredibly loud at the restaurant next door that we actually left half way through dinner, but luckily at the hotel we didn't hear them.

I’ve already shared this location with several family members who travel frequently. Room was very comfortable, no stale smell, bathroom clean. No need to step out for breakfast…Coffee fresh & hot, good selection of breakfast food items. Definitely using this location again.
