The bathroom didn't have any counter space so there were no where to put your items. The air conditioner fan was making really loud noise. I was disappointed in it being a Quality Inns because they usually are a better quality and condition. This looks like an old hotel that has been made a Quality Inn, very disappointing. Really need some major updates.

Bed was very uncomfortable, no support at all. We went out late the 1st morning and said no service was needed but the 2nd day we had to ask for many items; toilet paper (extra roll was not replaced during cleaning), kleenex -box was almost empty when arrived, no spare in the room, 2nd day when towels replaced they didn't leave a bathmat so we had to use a towel for that and they left 1 washcloth rather than 2 or 3 (3 were in the room when we got there). We tipped the maid anyway because we weren't sure if was the maid or policy of hotel.

Our carpet in our room was dirty- paper and crumbs on the floor , we didn’t even have soap in our bathroom. For 3 nights -it cost us close to 800.00 - I would of expected so much more , very disappointed.

Outside grounds are not very pleasing. Yellow and very dated decor and look to the place. Everything needs a "refresh" look. Cigarette buts everywhere. The shower didn't drain but it was fixed before my second night.

Very comfortable bed -- that's the most important part. Inn is in a good location near the IU Campus, Room was very clean -- you can tell that the housekeeping staff is very attentive and works hard to keep the rooms clean. Air conditioning worked -- very important for a July hot and humid day. Even though the Comfort Inn is near a very busy intersection, it was quiet during my stay.

There were stains in the tub. The toilet lid with the hole was very old and yellowed and scratched. The chairs and the carpet were stained.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The location the the University and Kroger was nice.

The staff at check in was less than personable. The room was not clean, it looked as though they made the bed over the last persons stay. The floor was sticky, the bathroom door was hard to close, and they advertise a pool which was full and ready but we were told we could not enjoy it unless we come back in July! We picked this hotel for location and pool.

I walked into a not cleaned room at 1:15am and I was so tired that I slept in it. While checking out I asked if I could get my money back for the first night. And they have never called me back. I have tried to call them to get money back but I'm always being told that someone will call me back that can do that job. This is a month later. And nothing.

The staff members went far and beyond to fix the issue.

The pillows & pillow cases looked dirty. I put a towel over the top of them, so that I could lay down. I paid approx $750 for 2 nights. I believe I should have had a primo room at that price. All of the employees were exceptionally accommodating, the housekeeping included. 😃

One person, I think she might have been a manager seemed very mean to the staff. She seemed to be mad at an employee and it showed. She allowed it to show and could have cared less that I was standing there. did not greet me at all was slamming the printer around. sped off in her red car. she has blonde hair. i felt bad for the girl that was helping me who was very nice

The room I stayed in was not as clean as usual. The room did not appear to have been vaccumed, there was debris on the floor, there was still toothpaste on the facet in the bathroom and smear marks on the credenza. The left bedside lamp shade was seperating from the metal rings, and the ceiling light when you first come into the room was loose. The credenza had a foot broken off and the desk was very wobbly. Unfortunately since I was travelling for work, I was not able to allow anyone in the room to look at these items while I was staying there.

The staff here is always friendly and the location is great.
