Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room had a chemical cleaner smell that was noticeable but not too obtrusive.
The motel room was recently renovated, so everything was relatively clean. Ample space.

Very noisy and close to the road. We arrived late at midnight and at 05:30 right out our door a truck had the engine running for more than 30 mins. Hence we got no further sleep. No breakfast included. Denny’s was a short car ride so it was okay.

Claimed I took blanket even tho I asked them repeatedly to search my personal belongings and vehicle... kept my deposit regardless of me being completely honest.
Very comfortable front desk girl was amazing .. except for 1 lady!!!

The room had a smell and the blanket on the bed too. I’m very sensitive and didn’t sleep that well because of the smell. Too embarrassed to ask to change us to another room lol!

No issue
We had some minor issues in our first room & the front desk person was happy to get us into a new room. Then we had a few other issues in our new room but the staff was quick to make things right. It’s a good place to lay your head. It’s clean & though there is construction everywhere it was a good value place.

It was too close to the highway, so you could hear the traffic. Plus noisy upstairs neighbors. Pool was out of service.
The room was amazing with the AC perfect working condition. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The handicap room was spacious.

We found a baby roach in the room and two big ones were right in front of the door when we opened it.
Location was close to everything. The room was clean and we loved that it was tile floors.

the floors of the room were still wet when when checked in and there was someone's old food and drinks in the fridge. there was also a ton of construction so it was hard to get to. area is a bit sus too.

I wish I would have known a little more about the area. In the room I felt safe but not outside.
I was happy with the staff especially the housekeeper. All the other housekeepers called in on her and she was the only one working Thursday but she still had a smile and was very friendly.

I reserved the room through booking it said I could pay property when I got there I had the money for the prop for the payment for the room but then they said I had to make a $60 deposit when I didn't see it anywhere you got it say nothing about it deposit and then she printed out the paperwork and I'll put it at the very end of everything that's so scammish like conning people I didn't even have the money the Uber driver gave me the $60 I was so embarrassed I'm from out of town and it was very very embarrassing and it could have been dangerous if I couldnt have got the money. Why wouldn't y'all put that on the total? I did a split transaction there I did 54 on my card 30 cash and then 60 cash for the deposit they gave me about deposit back and then later on today they charged me $30 on my card again like they don't even know how to keep up with the registers I guess they don't know how to count cash I don't know and I can't get a hold of anybody to talk to and I know it had nothing to do with the room or anything the lady walked through it and gave me my money back and the math adds up exactly right.
The only thing good about the room was it was big roomy..
