It was not the most clean. No vacuum around the room, hairs everywhere. House keeping was good in terms of removing out trash and bringing new towels/toiletries/paper but it’s clear they only do the minimum.

It was a great location, easy check in and check out, friendly and helpful staff.

Complimentary breakfast and coffee is run of the mill, but appreciated. Rooms and finishings felt a little outdated.

Clean and comfortable bedding. Any easy place to stop over on a long roadtrip with a bar/restaurant conveniently located nextdoor (highly recommended).

Always like a room in the back of the building as it reduces any noise from snow plowing or traffic.

The service from Pat at the front desk and Rob the manager is fantastic. They are always very personable which adds the enjoyment of your stay.

The water pressure wasn't very good and the shower curtain wasn't long enough for the walk in shower so the water just soaked the floor and the towel. The rugs are stained and need help

The location was great. Only 5 mins from mall and shopping. Bed was decent and the place was clean for the most part.

The bed skirt was dirty (room 304) and looked like someone had spilled something (hopefully) between the bed and night stand...carpet is definitely in need of replacement and the windows were sweating and molding, which for someone with allergies is hard to tolerate. I know it happens in this climate but they need to be regularly inspected and cleaned

The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful when there was confusion with our reservation...they were helpful and kind, even down to a hard-working cleaning staff member letting me go ahead on the only elevator despite being burdened by a large cart of supplies AND giving me a couple clean towels in the process.

Shower diverter in bathtub was broken, so only had half pressure, had to hold toilet handle down the entire flush cycle. AC filters were dirty&window was a solid fixed glass ,non opening. Non of witch would prevent future stays..just needs a lil routine maintenance.

Staff we're super friendly, room & facilities overall were clean & well kept. Nice selection included in the Continental breakfast. Lots of tv channels. Decor was nice. Fast check in, easy on off highways, good location to mall & attractions 👍

My boyfriend made himself some tea, he didn’t realize that the water canteen he got it out of wasn’t cleaned properly I guess. He had black stuff in his water.

Breakfast was pretty good, could’ve had more options for waffles. Like maybe added some chocolate chips and/or fruit. Loved how the food service manager kept filling everything up when it got low, she was on top of everything during breakfast.

The girl at the front desk when checking in, around 5pm, was HORRIBLE. When you are the first interaction with a business you need to have some kind of customer service. She was rude, didn't answer any of my questions, didn't make eye contact, didn't state what time breakfast was. The dumpsters were right outside our window. Black slimmy stuff coming out of shower head, room door was hard to open and close.

Location was great. The morning staff was great.

Stuffy scent in room due to carpeting.

Reception very straightforward and easy, breakfast was expected, space was actively taken care of by staff, bed was very comfortable, room was neatly organized and staff provided additional toiletries when needed. Had a mini fridge, and down the street from Dunkin & Tully’s, a local restaurant with sports bar fare.

Kitchen staff set off the fire alarm at 5.45am, so we all had to evacuate the building! During this time there was no communication from any staff member. No apology given!! Breakfast was also disappointing!
