Place was awful, smelly, dirty, TV didn't work. Furniture broken and dirty, stained. Baseboards pulled from wall. Lick didn't work.

Wasn't as clean as it could could have been. I was unable to get a ground floor room (nobody's fault) & I believe the bed was made with damp bedding. Didn't bother me, just something I noticed.

This property expensive for what you get. It is a little used. The furniture was old with damage. The TV did not work with the remote- the staff probably could have repaired but we decided to use our computer for entertainment. The coffee maker was missing the filter so we could not use. The occupants upstairs came in at 1:00 in the morning and paced until 6:00 it was hard to sleep. The air conditioner was loud so we decided not to use it.

The motel had airport pick up and drop off. There was breakfast of waffles, toast, cereal, juice and coffee. The location was close to the airport and there was a good restaurant next to the motel. The bed was comfortable and the shower had hot water. WiFi worked well.

We booked this place because they had shuttle service, only to find out the shuttle only start at 7h00 in the morning, and we needed to be at the airport at 5h00, they just pulled up there shoulders

Dirty floor, dirty rug, window coverings in shambles, in-room coffee tray contained the empty remains of the previous tenant with no fresh supplies. Doors have one weak lock. Worst of all, not one ounce of hot water for a shower in the morning. Cold water only.

The room was not clean. This hotel felt like it was prepared for homeless or illegal immigrants.

Trashed. Bugs in room. No soap, they were out of soap, made no effort to find elsewhere . Bathroom sink falling off wall. Toilet loose from floor. Shower matt trashed. TV would not shut off. 1 shampoo two people. No cup for water or coffee, had to ask. No coffee, had to ask. Breakfast was very skimpy. 150.00 paid for a 49.00 dollar room.

Dirty floors filthy hall carpets, not great

Carpets need to be shampooed and floors washed, poor lighting, lamp out of commission. If this place was renovated and amenities upgraded, it would be a nice place to stay. Close to baseball stadium and near to the large hospital.

The front desk had mold on walls, holes, and smelled. Our room had mold, blood stained on the sheets, mold everywhere. It smelled like something died and people had been smoking in our room.

Everything was good except I couldn't get 4 days in a row. Not knowing when my son would be released from the hospital I had to go day by day. Therefore I had to change hotels.

Our room needed a major renovation. Curtains didn’t hang correctly, thumb tacks were in the wall, mismatched lampshades, toilet was unlevel as well as the towel rack & holes in the wall where towel rack & hair dryer should have been before. Bathroom needed updated.

Coffee was good. Location was good, close to the airport that we got a shuttle from.
