Needs a little updating, landscaping was over running with thistles, My door to room was not shut all the way when I entered the room first time. A bit scary. Bottom of bathtub look like some one scratched it with a screwdriver.

Our microwave didn't work(wasn't a super big issue and staff was notified.) we made due with the stove in our room just fine

Breakfast, because it was very poor. They only offered muffins and cereal bars to eat and coffee to drink. There was no fruit, bread, cereals, milk or yogurt. We weren't asking for a great buffet, but we thought that they could have had something better.

It was a simple and little apartment that had everything. There was space to sleep and leave the suitcases without feeling trapped. We were 5 and there was enough space for everyone (even one more person could have been with us). We didn't use it, but the kitchen seemed nice too. It was very close to the city, Indianapolis, which makes it the perfect place to stay at for a couple of nights. If it wasn't for the breakfast, it would have been a perfect place.

The heat didn't work in our first room.

The Manager switched our rooms becouse our heat didn't work,the hotel was booked.She called first thing in the morning when someone canceled and got us another room .

Hallways consistently smelled like marijuana smoke. Lots of loud arguing and fighting through the night, both nights.

The fact I had to play exterminator all weekend during my stay. There was a HUGE spider that crawled onto the bed & several other bugs I had to kill. I’m super afraid of spiders so this drove my anxiety through the roof! When I went to the front desk to address the issue, I was told they could send a housekeeper to my room but no one ever came.

We used some of their kitchen appliances and dishes, and the coffee maker had an old filter with old coffee in it still. That was the only dislike I can say!

I loved the facility! It was much cleaner than other cheaper hotels in the area, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I also thought the location was perfect, we had a pretty lazy weekend get away, but there were enough food places and stores close enough to be comfortable.

Not much. I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel. It was fine for the one night.

The bed was very comfortable. The television had all the stations that I like. Water pressure in the shower was good. Staff was very nice.

.I wish hotels would stop saying breakfast included when it's a granola bar and pack of oatmeal. There was no coffee one day. I am fine with no breakfast just wish places would stop advertising it. On the last day there was no water pressure. No one could take a shower before we left. Children were run on the floor above us both nights.

The room was very spacious. We have a large family and it was great for our needs. Our over all stay was good.

We thought it was a little ridiculous they still have no breakfast items due to covid-19 considering all the mask mandates are being lifted and everything else is open to capacity. The bed was way too hard and uncomfortable for us but others might find that level of firm mattress to be good thing

We had an event at eagle Creek State Park which made this location perfect, and right off highway. The staff member who checked us in and out was very nice and was able to check us in early which was very helpful.
