To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaParking was questionable, especially handicapped parking. The parking lot was awful!!!!! Full of pavement breakups and giant holes and sucha small area it was impossible to manuver around the holes to protect car.
The room was excellent . It was the nicest, roomiest for our whole 3week trip.

If you would take down the plastic barrier, then the desk associate and I could actually hear each other and effectively communicate. I repeated myself so many times, I finally gave up and told him to do whatever he wanted. It has never taken me 20 minutes to check into a hotel. I have no idea what all was charged because I couldn't hear or understand him. Never before have I had all the hotel guests ID scanned. We aren't criminals and aren't purchasing cold medication. It's a hotel room. Just a one night stay.

Close to the airport, good shuttle service. The room was exceptionally spaceous with coffe facilities and a good writing desk.

United States of AmericaThey told me on a Tuesday when I checked in that it was a $100 deposit that was going on my card but whrn I checked out I would be refunded quickly. That following Wednesday they ended up charging my card $50 , not 100 BUT WHY WED? I SHOULD HAVE RECIEVED MY DEPOSIT BACK BY THEN!! Also when my friend arrived the staff 20 questioned him as he was coming to the room, treating him NOT as a guest but as a suspect! Wth!?? AND the room smelled like mildew and mold TERRIBLY In the shower area ans there qerw spots of Mold on the ac vent. Also rollie pollie bugs were everywhere and it looked like bad urine stains behind the toilet on the wall. SUPER DISAPPOINTED! THIS WAS MY GO TO HOTEL. NO WAY I WILL BE RETURNING. OH and the only vending machine has been down for over 2months now

United States of AmericaThe place is old and needs some repairs. Potholes in the parking lot, big cracks in the sidewalk, broken tiles. The elevator was dirty. The lights in the halls flicker and go out. It feels run down.
Our room was surprisingly spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. We slept great. The front desk staff was kind and efficient.

United States of AmericaThey was hair in the tub and hair balls on the bathroom floors. All the towels were thin, stiff and yellowed . There were also some yellow stains on the bed sheets.
I felt safe and there was no smoke or strange smells. The microwave was clean and spacious. The room was oversized with a sitting area. Staff was friendly as well.
