The pullout couch killed my back but it’s good for kids! Everything was pretty good! The only complaint I would have is the last day we had breakfast, the staff started taking things away 15-20 mins early and just stood there with her arms crossed. They have a timer that goes off when breakfast is done and they let it just go off for a few mins. People were sitting down finishing up. ELDERLY people. They could have swept or cleaned up other things. The other two days were were there, the breakfast ladies were SO friendly and talked to everyone. Didn’t make anyone feel uncomfortable or stand there staring at people with timers going off. I don’t usually complain but I did mention something at check out. The lady upfront just said she was doing her job. That’s my only complaint. Very quiet and was a nice stay!

I had an attitude from the receptionist when asking for an itemized receipt for my stay. It does not seem like they get a lot of travelers for business. I stayed, I paid, and I need my receipt! I don't understand why she continued arguing that she could not print an itemized receipt. We stayed in 5 different hotels before this hotel and everyone was able to print the itemized receipt. After all the attitude, she eventually printed the receipt. For travelers who need to reimburse their stay to their company, get ready for an argument if you want an itemized receipt printed out.

The breakfast could have been a bit better tasting, BUT it was what one could expect from a free continental breakfast and did what we needed-a full belly to start our day.

The room was clean and QUIET! Just what my sister and I needed! Was close to the University and the Temple Grandin Equestrian Center, which is why we were in Fort Collins. MANY restaurants were around us-some within walking distance! The staff was exceptional and even helped me find a place to repair my compromised tire! The scenery was beautiful which goes without saying in beautiful Colorado! The town was clean and beautiful as well. Felt very safe for 2 older women traveling.

Refrigerator making loud vibration noise in cabinet and staff had to unplug. Unable to turn heat down at night and had to open window. Mattress lumpy. Can clearly hear voices in room next door.

As I mentioned, I enjoyed the breakfast. My wife is gluten intolerant. More gluten free options would be great.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood and off busy streets. It was clean and staff was very nice, thoughtful, and helpful. Breakfast was well done and had eggs, bacon, waffles, along with a variety of cold options. The lady who was stocking the breakfast items was super nice and attentive.

The lobby needs to be revamped to get rid of shelves that were once stocked with items to sell the customer. Now just looks me AA dumb with big bowl of dog bones and nothing for customers. The clerk didn’t tell us how to get to the room, where to park or which way to get off the elevator. Just that little bit of information goes a long way. Why the questions of single use bottles but not about single use cups. Plastic cups provided for coffee and iced drinks. That seems to go against single use items.

It was one we had stayed at before. It’s okay. Don’t like staying on upper floors. The elevator is terribly slow.
