Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Poor sound barrier between rooms. I could hear my next door neighbor blasting a radio for a short time and was surprised how the adjacent room door was letting so much sound through to my room

Very clean and easy to get to from highway. Allowed us to park a small camper while staying. Val at the front desk was super helpful and friendly.

There was a lot of road/traffic noise. This can't be remedied so I don't feel it's worth mentioning really..
Location was perfect for us. It was a stopover for a cross country trip. This hotel was easy on/off the highway. It was close to restaurants; and the breakfast was hot, delicious and filling! The staff was the PREMIER ASSET to this hotel. From the front desk clerk who treated us like we were VIP guests, to the steward managing the breakfast bar with such obvious pride! We will definitely stay here again!!

Can't think of anything
Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a mix up with my booking through booking.com where the hotel thought I was arriving a day earlier than I booked, even though my confirmation from booking.com showed my correct dates. They were still able to accommodate my reservations but in a queen room vice the king room I had originally booked. It worked out well in the end. Place is nice and quiet.

Only one thing, since we booked a room for 4 people, would be nice to have 4 sets of towels without asking.
Good location. Our group was allowed to have a get-together in the evenings at a breakfast place to play cards and talk. We came for a wedding and haven't seen each other for years, it was nice to spend time together.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. No complaints of any kind.
Breakfast was good and there was plenty of options to choose from. The staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable, as well as the pool and breakfast areas, both were clean and inviting!

I know that most hotels use flow restrictors now, but the water pressure here was very low even given that.... nice hot water but minimal pressure
The hotel itself was very clean everywhere, including room and bathroom. Provided refrigerator, microwave, and Kcup coffee maker in room. Also plenty of towels in bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. We would stay again.

Everything was good - no complaints.
This hotel is very clean, the staff is courteous and efficient, rooms are larger than in other places, location is convenient. This was my third multi-day trip to this hotel. After my first stay, it had become my new go-to place to stay when I am in the Metro East, which is several times a year.

The bed was not very comfortable and the shades did not completely block the light out in the morning.

Staff is amazing, friendly and helpfull. Complimentary soup at the dinning room, as we arrived late at very rainy and cold day was such a great surprise, we very blown away, that is such a great idea. Rooms are nicely updated and clean, we will probably be back!! Thank you!

The room needs 2 chairs. Its hard to seat on the bed, its too high plus the bed is making a metal clinching sound every time you move, we think that the bed frame wasn't install very well.
Breakfast was very good. We like the coffee machine with espresso and cappuccino which is free all day. Dining area was well cleaned by the staff.
