The room was cleaned poorly. The items in the room were not refilled. The refrigirator made noise all night and wake my daughter up. The front desk closes.

For the price, the room was decent, the bed was comfortable. The surroundings were quiet. It was it a good location, near a Waffle House and gas stations.

The other room I previously stayed in was just a little bigger and nicer however this was sufficient for one night.

Sadly cleanliness was not good, when we went to our room there was a foul smell.. went sniffing and found three uncleaned drawers, one with old food that was spoiled (the smell) and the refrigerator also had old food in it (milk products that also smelled) No blanket on bed, only a thin sheet, was told I couldn’t get one until morning time due to the front staff having to wash the laundry. I had to pay to have one doordashed to our room.. Property is outdated, and just smells old.. The staff were all great however, despite our issues that mainly had to do with poor housekeeping..

Having to make a reservation ahead of time. The third floor hallway was extremely dirty with trash littering the floor. It was disgusting.

Needs updating and repairs. The stove didn't work well, the microwave didn't turn. Having a kitchen was the main reason we chose this hotel. Pool wasn't open. Other guests were loud in the middle of the night and the smell of marijuana was really strong even though there is a no smoking policy. The trash was always piled in the hall.

I liked the location and staff was pretty friendly. Grab and go breakfast was good.

They did not have the double room available that I reserved. We ended up in a single with a pull out and rolling cot. They still charged me the same price for a single as the double, and after telling me that I would not be charged at all for the room/night. Also, someone had vomited in front of and in the elevator. After informing the front desk we were told that there "wasn't anyone available and it would have to wait to be cleaned up." It had not been cleaned up as of our check out Saturday morning. I am overall very disappointed and will not reserve at this location again.

The staff member that checked us in was very nice and tried her best to accommodate our needs.

I've never negatively reviewed a place in over 10 years simply because I've never had an experience of this nature. These guys aren't taking their jobs seriously. When we went inside, the lobby area had a foul smell (might be due to large trash bins being kept inside the corridors). In the room itself, the toilets were not cleaned and there was still urine in the bowl and the bathtub was dirty. We thought we could still tolerate it. But we then started noticing roaches. At that point we had to nope out. No refund was issued even though we didn't actually stay in the place for more than half an hour in a 2 day booking. It was a mistake to just go by booking.com's ratings and not go through the reviews in detail. The ratings are a lie and I'm deeply disappointed in booking.com's lack of follow up as well. I can't understand how they'd allow a property at this level to continue to do business on their site.

Trash in the trash can, it hadn’t been emptied. Hair in the tub which indicates it hadn’t been cleaned. Roaches in my 1st room. Water on the floor from the Air Condition.

I was repeatedly locked out of my room, the cards would constantly be inactivated (I did not put them anywhere near my phone). I was locked out of the hotel at 11pm and there was no one at the front answering, it was dark and I was alone and scared. I was also charged $53 after I left inexplicably, I travel frequently and did not leave the room a mess. on another note, the room was empty. not even silverware was in the room when I was there

The reservations were made to company personnel coming from Europe. Check in time over midnight. The recepcionist demanded that the person who made the bookings for the 5 people in 5 separate rooms be present to the check in because he could not see in the hotel system (or dld not know how?) the names of the guests. Absurd! What of the person lived in another state instead? Then he told the last 2 guests that they would have to wait because the system started a random Audit. We asked him to keep the copies of their passports and let thdm go to their rooms regardless. They were very tired and it was close to 2am. He said no. He was not going to do that. Either they go somewhere else or wait. Luckly the Audit finished when he said that. Then we asked for his name 4x. He refused to say. It was a very very rude, unprofessional and incompetent recepcionist.

I was VERY disappointed with the breakfast. At this point, it should be much better. Guests should be able to sit and eat a better breakfast than muffins and fig bars in a basket.

On arrival food from the previous guest was on the counter. The room smelled horrible. The deadbolt was broken and wouldn't stay closed. And one of the lamps was missing a light bulb. The microwave would spark and act like it was about to catch fire if I tried to use it.

The hotel is cheap.

The building did not smell good. My kitchen sink not only didnt work, but water went everywhere except the sink. The dish cloth was wet when I cam into the room as if It was just used. When I opened up the refrigerator there was water all over the place like it was not getting cold. I turned it all the way cold but it was still doing the same thing. The wash cloths were dirty and had hair on them. It was really bad and to make things worst when I complain about it I was told that there was no other room. The staff did not ever seem like they cared.

I have not one complaint at all. I wholeheartedly enjoy staying here because I know the entire building is kept up to par, the staff will always be polite and accommodating and it’s quiet there. Couldn’t ask for more.
