The beds were old and very uncomfortable.

While the staff were really cheerful and friendly, the property is in desperate need for an upgrade to justify its heritage and brilliant location.

My door keys only worked sometimes

They are good people breakfast is barely that and the coffee is always kinda gross but the staff is helpfull and friendly and the place is clean and good my bike was stolen my very first nite and my sons scooter the second night and management didn’t want to help me at all so I’m out a couple grand so much for the 2000 cameras that they have I don’t like the controlled access and locked security doors with the cameras it feels like what I imagine a prison to feel like but the staff is pleasant and the management worked with me on my being short on the bill and gave me extra time for a fee of course but still nice of them

The breakfast rooms need more attention there was no coffee no sashes and the girl that was working the day she is not nice and I felt discriminated because she will talk to her people and not even say hi to me maybe because I was a Spanish teen need to keep an eye on the tables because they were all dirty

The outside of the building was full of trash all around. And it was 11 o’clock at night and people were outside the building being really loud for quite some time we also noticed people just like to hang out around the hotel it was a bit sketchy but I’m glad nothing happened and the night went well

The staff was very nice and exceeded our expectations. At first we had a mix up with the rooms but the front staff was able to help us and resolved our issues if we needed anything she helped us out right away with no hesitation.

The staffs lied to me when I asked them if their TV can connect to internet. They answered yes, but when we arrived they changed their answer to no.

I like the ice bucket they have for each room.

I didn't like the location, looked like a bad area. Also the rooms smelled like smoke even though it was none smoking. The staff could be friendlier. The towel situation was not good. Only two bath towels for 4 people and you can't get more. Also you have to leave the dirty ones in front of the door to get them cleaned and returned to your room if you want fresh ones. The bed was not comfortable for anymore than a couple of nights. Pool area was not very clean either. Breakfast consisted of waffles, cereal toast, coffee, orange juice or apple juice. Had milk for the cereal and that was pretty much it. I would not recommend this place for long stays. The whole place could use a good update.

I liked that it had a pool and breakfast option.

1room bed was just a box spring, the hotel rooms are very old, there was pet urine at the side door, there was trash piled on the 9utside next to the side door, homeless wandering around,

great place and facilities, honestly I’d say the people up top just need to invest in some basic maintenance. new paint in pool area, some new carpet. could be kinda fancy if it had a little remodel.

The floor was not clean, there were nails on the floor beside my bed. The breakfast area could have been maintained better.

The area was clean overall. The room ambiance was modern and clean. White sheets, white towels looked clean.

The cleanliness of the motel room was not special. There was what looked line a red wine splatter on the wall under the toilet paper roll. There is a big splash of God knows what on the wall between the nightstand and the chair. The hallway stairs were not well lit for evening time. It was just overall dingy in appearance.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was clean and well set up. However we were in a hurry and only go some coffee to go with us.
