You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaNot as clean as we thought it should have been… The bathtub caulking had mold, and the toilet almost did not flush on several occasions. It was nice at our room had a microwave and a refrigerator. However, there was no ice machine and we were told that there were ice cube trays that we could’ve used.
It was affordable, however, our room was not clean upon check-in which was after 4 pm and we had to wait… Management did allow us to utilize another room due to my sister‘s health and needing to rest.

United States of AmericaNo chair for either table to sit and have dinner. Coffee and tea available only early morning. No cup or glass for water to take my medication. Management loaned me a ceramic cup. Grab and go breakfast area so small, space only for one person at a time. Instant oatmeal plus snack type eats. No fresh fruit or other nutritious foods.
Comfortable bed, microwave, tv, hot shower, adequate towels, soap and shampoo. Management moved me to another room due to smokers exiting and entering building near my room, highly allergic.

United States of America1) no coffee pot or hair dryer in room 2) no dishes or silverware in room 3) I was in a handicapped room (I am not handicapped) and the chairs had no armrests. Armrests are used for a person to hold on to and stabilize the chair when sitting. I fell out of the mobile chair. 4) complimentary coffee was weak more like tea. No lids for coffee cups. 5) could not increase the volume of the television. I am not hearing impaired.
The location and free parking were good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

United States of AmericaMy first room was not clean. The staff moved my room, which I appreciate, but the first room shouldn't have been rented in that condition. The second room was clean, thankfully. The morning coffee is weak (you can see the bottom of the paper cup through it) and their "grab and go breakfast" is instant oatmeal and pastries.
Great location. A short walk to a nice shopping center with restaurants, a movie theater, and a Whole Foods. There's a Bob Evans restaurant nearby.
