The location the staff seemed undertrained that fan/AC unit in the room we were initially given had overloaded the plug, and one of the prongs had broken off in the wall, and there was a burnt spot, or some kind of overload had occurred in that outlet, so there was no fan or air-conditioning of any kind, they moved us to a different room. The indoor pool causes things to rest as you can see in the picture of the light fixture in the bathroom. The overall grounds and location are rundown and the area is a sketchy part of Billings, and it appeared to be mostly Locals coming there to stay to swim in the pool and some sketchy people later at night hanging around in the parking lot

Under the beds had not been cleaned. There were multiple empty.soda bottles and other trash. I am glad I wasn't traveling with a young child or pet that could crawl or reach under there.

CK in staff acted untrained. Main reason to go there was hot tub n it was down!! Tub had broken rod in soap dish area. Not dusted well. Furniture was stained n gross! Waffle machine old n ruined waffles.

The first room had a deep smell of cat's pee. The second room had dog food on the floor corner.... I saw it in the morning ( too tired at arrival) and they refused any kind of discount for the obvious fact that nobody vacuumed the carpet ...

We walked into a Burger King cup full of ice water on the counter by the TV, a French fry next to the phone, and the toilet seat up like a man would have used it. These could have been left by the cleaner, but why??? Don't they recheck before leaving the room? The comfy chair in the room was filthy looking so we didn't sit in it. The breakfast bar looked fine, but the food was cold. The eggs were gritty and watery and cold!!

I slept fine and the pool was great for the grandkids! The coffee was good in the breakfast area!

Breakfast was not good. Biscuits were not thawed completely and when heated were doughy. Gravy was thin and watery. Yogurt and bagels were ok.

The staff were wonderful. Our first room had not been cleaned when we entered, so we were immediately transfered to a room she personally inspected. No coffee pot in room and one was swiftly provided.

It was dirty. The first room had dirty towels stacked in the bathroom, an unmade bed, and the iron still out. The replacement room was marginally better but still had trash under the beds, water in the ice bucket ,and hadn't been vacuumed in recent history.

Location was good. Close dining options. Breakfast was adequate. The primary problem with the breakfast was the lack of gluten free and dairy free options. Pretty typical of breakfasts in this level of motel. Front desk staff was excellent at solving problems.

All the carpeting seemed really gross. Vacuumed but definitely hasn’t been shampooed regularly. We had a hard time verifying our beds were clean. Sheets were t on correctly. Just a general feeling on being old. We also checked in around 7pm and no one was at the frost desk. We waited almost 8 minutes before someone came it. The front desk phone rang almost the entire time.

It was ok for what we paid for our room.

I wasn’t happy with the door lock that would not lock from the outside we had to change rooms and that room was not as nice no coffee pot but I always carry my own and the maintenance and manager came in my room while I was out smoking and my aunt was in room she did not understand what they wanted I did find out that it was a check for drug use in all stay overs first I heard of I told front desk I would like to speak to the manager but he never came the last two nights we were there very disappointed ☹️

The room was clean and nicely set up. The bathroom size was good. The only down side was the mattresses on both beds. They were older and sagged on one side so you had to sleep on the outsides so as not to roll off.
