The only negative aspect is that the breakfast is not included. However, they have a restaurant that offer breakfast for a fair price.

Better than I was expecting. They have a complimentary shuttle that brings you to the National Harbor and other places. The staff are great and the room is really big.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I don’t remember his name but he was so friendly and helpful every question I asked he answered it with no hesitation. And my room was very clean and nice the bed was comfortable I will be staying again

I would like to have my room cleaned at least every second day, the garbage at least.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. There's no subway or bus station near, so we had to get an Uber or walk to the nearest bus station. But the hotel has a shuttle bus instead.

The loud music from the parties in the conference room that went until well after midnight. We were on the 5th floor and it was still very loud.

The only issue was their was no continental breakfast here. I understand paying for lunch and dinner but breakfast shouldn't be as costly as it is.

The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The hotel is also located very close to food and activities to do so it's a great place to stay.

No shampoo in bathroom. Service slow at dinner and breakfast. Unable to include dinner, breakfast onto my room bill - had to use credit card. Did not have charging station for electric vehicle.

The restaurant that was inside had different hours. According to how many guests were staying at the hotel? I thought that was an inconvenience.

The rooms were a little outdated, bathroom small, the pillows were not good. When kids talk bad about the pillows you really know they bad. Four ppl to a room, they only gave you enough washcloths and towels for three ppl. Had to go ask for more. The gym was scary to go to cause it was on the lower level. I Only rated the staff low because the gentleman they check me in was so worry about his phone than really trying to help me. The amount I spent I really expected more from the rooms.

If it would’ve had a pool it would be the best hotel in town! The restaurant should stay open later.

I loved the restaurant that was located on the first floor of the lobby. All of the activities that were going on Friday night and the jazz brunch Saturday morning. As far as security, I liked how they didn’t allow just anyone to use the elevator. It only worked with a key and the doors remained locked.

I wish there were tea bags in the room. I am not a coffee drinker. I wish the TV could be blocked (perhaps a code for racy T.V) After a show of family feud - without changing the channel - suddenly there was porn. Luckily I was able to shut the TV off before my young daughter saw anything.

Plenty of space in the room. Very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. I liked having a little sink outside of the bathroom. The room temperature worked great - we were comfortable.
