Really could use new carpet throughout. Was worn thru in the hallways. In the room it just looked tired. Also was disappointed that the pool wasn't open. It was definitely warm enough to use it.

The staff was fabulous. Even tho Booking.com screwed up our reservations Theresa went out of her way to make us comfortable and arrange for our stay.

The elevator was the slowest elevator ever. This place was only 3 stories and not busy at all this weekend.

I saw no standout problems with the property. The room was a nice size. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Upgraded room by Bookings.com which was nice but I requested a handicapped bathroom and got acknowledgment they would accommodate. Didn't happen. Elevator was unbelievably slow (10 minutes slow). Night staff finally came to help, but didn't seem concerned. Morning staff acknowledged and called for repair. Stairs were not an option for my handicapped husband. Clean room, but couldn't shower.

Our mattress was old and hard. My side had a dip in it. They must have had a plumbing issue because our kitchenette sink and the toilet almost overflowed a couple of times. Walls are thin...very noisy from next rooms and above us. With exception of handrails and portable shower seat, bathroom not handicapped convenient. Regular tub with what was supposed to be hand held shower, hard for me to step into and couldn't get hand shower part to work (Regular shower worked.)

Location excellent. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and interstate. Very nice staff. Large room. Breakfast pastries and muffins good. Good value for what we paid.

Our room’s wall thermostat was not working. We had no control over the temperature or the fan. We depend on the unit’s fan for “white noise” while sleeping.

There wasn't anything I didn't like however the bathroom in the room I stayed this time could do with a refresher; the plug in the tub was broken so the water didn't drain while I took a shower. Brighter light bulbs would also do well especially for a young lady like me who spends hours in the mirror putting on makeup :)

We were next to the exercise room and people were dropping weights on the floor until 11 pm. We have little one’s sleeping and we couldn’t sleep at all. We called the desk to see when it might be closed and someone told them they were disturbing us, so they stopped.

Comfortable room and beds. Great location to everything we were doing in Woodstock.

We went down to breakfast and the one food staff member didn’t even look at us. Usually the person will at least say “good morning”. She ate her breakfast at the only table in front of the television that could have seated about six people and watched her news channel in Spanish, without any regard or acknowledgment of the customers.  A bit later she was joined by 3 other staff members that ate at the table with her. This is our second time staying here because we liked it. Next time we’re going to stay at a different hotel.

Our room was very clean and large and very nice. The lady that checked us in was very pleasant.

Overall a good experience, but the hotel is dated and could use an update. Room could have been cleaned better. The previous guests left snacks all over the floor and apparently the cleaning staff thought we would enjoy them so they left them.

The location was in the area where we needed to be. It was in a quiet area. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I had a good experience here. The only thing I could say is to get bigger juice cups. I did get tired of refilling the cup so many times.

I enjoyed the hot breakfast with the choices of other items. My food was very good. I would like a slightly bigger juice cup but I do understand why they are small. The location was nice. The hotel next to the parking lot seemed to be going through construction but it did not affect my stay.

the lady at the front desk when I checked in seemed to be having a bad night. I know it’s hard to be friendly when it’s been a rough shift but as a customer it would have been nice to be greeted with a friendly face when I came in. the only other thing was that every time I moved in my bed, it moved and banged against the wall. so I had to move extremely carefully so I didn’t disturb other customers around me in the night.
