The room was small, especially the washroom and stand up shower, which is almost right beside your bed. Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, mould on the shower door moulding, pieces of tiling/trim falling off the under part of the shower. Pillows too soft, but the bed was comfy :-) Stains on the carpet. I booked this room last minute , so I got a room adjacent to the pool, very noisy first thing in the morning, again I booked last minute and it was the last room available. The price was right, but the hotel needs some major improvements. It is also very loud , you could hear people walking in the rooms above me and people in the hallways on my floor walking and closing their doors . The outside of the hotel looks more appealing than the rooms themselves. I don't usually write reviews, but I think people should know what they are getting for their money. One thing I will say, is the staff was very pleasant during our stay and very helpful with directions to local establishments upon my arrival. We didn't eat breakfast , because by the time we got there it didn't look too appealing. Overall if you are in a pinch and cant find a room to stay in, it would be ok for a nights stay.

There were children (younger teens, mostly) running the halls, shouting, laughing, crying, and slamming doors both nights until around 330 AM. Parents also didn't supervise their kids in the pool area, so kids were diving into the hot tub, crashing into adult guests, swimming, with goggles and a snorkel in the hot tub. Parents have the responsibility of patrolling their kids, so it's not really the fault of the hotel, but an employee perhaps walking around every hour to check on things would be a good idea. I'm not a fussy complainer, so it is what it is. We didn't call the desk- did send a message about the night parties though- but due to the proximity of the water park and possibility of more sleepless nights, we probably won't stay there again.

The hotel itself was nice. It was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The pool area was great, although a few hours (like 10 PM to midnight) for adults only would be great.

The shower walls weren’t cleaned properly. It’s not as if they completely neglected to do it, it just wasn’t given a full effort.

Pillows too small and soft. We would have liked a better selection. Maybe not all pillows made out of same material. Probably most disappointing was pool water temperature. It was too cold. Hot tub was extremely hot.

The beds were a bit hard. My main complaint is on the day of check out getting a knock of the door from housekeeping at 930 when check out is at noon. Its unprofessional and makes you feel rushed to leave.

I am was pleased with this hotel. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The continental breakfast was enjoyable.
