There were baby cockroach more than 10 on the floor. But the staff took the care of our complaint and gave us another room which was much better.

The staff were really nice. They carefully listen to your concerns regarding your place.

Never got my deposit back, the housekeepers never cleaned , had to take out our own trash, stingy with the clean towels and bed spreads, roaches, lights were dim,it smelled horrible, the water was wayyy to hot, nothing to watch on TV,the keys keep deactivating and unsanitary .

I arrived at 8:59pm. I was NOT told registration closes at 9pm. Staff behind counter walked over and told me to comeback at 9am, locking door and flipping sign to closed. I'd driven 600 miles and I'm nearly 70 yo. After hours phone did not connect to a person for 40 minutes. After an hour of waiting, automated recordings, I finally got a security guard to get me a key into a room, and she DID make an effort to find a room on the ground floor, which I appreciated. But did not appreciate the hour it took for me to get into the room. She then insisted on $100 deposit even though I had a confirmation through booking.com, with a credit card. But I gave the additional deposit. Drywall tape was hanging down from ceiling with white paint/popcorn on floor in one corner of room. Desperate, and exhausted, so I did not object to the room's deteriorating ceiling (in one corner I could avoid) once I finally had a place to shower and sleep. Didn't get a working remote until the 7th day. Granted, the office hours were 9-9 closed sundays, but unfortunately I was working most of those hours off site. Refrigerator compressor very loud, when it cycled on., had to where headset to sleep. Drip in shower splashes onto BR floor, unless shower curtain was pulled closed. 1st hotel in US i've been to that didn't provide shampoo / lotion in room. WiFi didn't work until ~3-4th day, when I discovered I had to turn off one of my security settings (random hardware addressing). No fix came from staff or online support, though they offered and tried - and gave up. Sticky floor!!! Either someone tried to wax vinyl flooring, or it was simply grungy from food and detritus of prior customers; even more disgusting to me than the cockroaches. Cockroaches live and dead. Seems there are 'working women' operating out of location.

Location, interaction with 4th staff, finally. Full size fridge with freezer. Sink and stove top. Microwave. Competitive price. Walk-in shower. 1st floor room. WiFi, once I figured out how to make it work (staff couldn't help, helpline couldn't help; FYI, users need to turn off their "random hardware address" security feature). Location was perfect for me; kitchenette was nice to have. Finally got WiFi working, and a remote, and a solution to the very loud refrigerator compressor, and ended up staying 3 more days, partly since I was doing repairs to my local properties, and needed to pinch pennies, and lived 14 years in 3rd world countries, and could deal with the sub-optimum housing better than most.

I was made to wait over 30 minutes to check in because the lobby was locked. Then I booked a smoking room, and was put into a non smoking room. The room floor was nasty ( see pictures). And it sounded like elephants stomping around upstairs all night so didn't get any sleep.

Room had nothing. No toilet paper. No soap. No shampoo. No plates. No bowls. Stove is there, but completely useless since there are no pots, no pans. Absolutely no cooking utensils. Do you expect guests to carry their own pots and pans in the car?

Customer service zero,staff not helpful, the staff on duty couldn't wake up to check me in twice he told me he couldn't find my reservation, only when I insisted after 15hours traveling he finally found it.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and it was dirty. There were people standing outside and talking late into the night.

The customer service rep was really kind and helped me out! When I tried to extend the stay on booking and it didn't work they put me up anpther night in the same room no problem!! It made my life so much easier and I was really appreciative.

I didn’t like that I had issues with the reserved rooms twice and had to wait even more which led me closer to the actual check-in time. The number one problem I have with this place is that I always have an issue with every stay. This stay was the worst because of this new deposit requirement. I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks with nothing. Front desk acts nonchalant about it. Of course, it’s not their money! The policy was explained and I’m fine with it but it should not take 3+ weeks to get my deposit returned. Most times you can’t even get a person on the phone. I’ve decided that I will never stay here again. They are definitely crossed out.

The property appeared clean in most areas but looked run down in others. I appreciated the early check-in even though I had problems with it twice because both rooms weren’t ready even though it said so on the system.

Th e room and the set up was good BUT with very poor maintenance. My wife has to mob the floor because it was so dirty and smelling and cockroaches crawling every part of the room. And no trash bins were provided. I have to buy insectcide to spray all those crawling roaches. The rooms are not been cleaned everyday. And no wash enough clothes

I was locked out of my room for more than an hour and if it wasn't for a guy passing by who had the service man's number, I worked have never gotten back into the room til morning. It was very unprofessional for the night attendant to leave the after hours phone in the office. I have a video of my calling the after hours number on the door and you can hear the phone ringing inside the office. I sent a email to the property but nobody has contacted me back yet.

The property is roach infested. With rusted stove, AC unit, and refrigerator. Mold on the walls and shower head. The staff including the owner are unprofessional, rude, and invasive.

The non-smoke room had a terrible smell of cigarettes. The room was quiet at night, except for the intermittent noise from the refrigerator.

Because of many negative reviews, I was a little nervous when I chose to stay there. However, I found the room is relatively clean, and the bed is comfortable.
