Very basic. No coffee to be found on the property. Even though we didn’t need plates or pans, I saw that you have to rent them. I would think that comes with your room in an extended stay location.

The staff was nice. The rooms were lacking in cleanliness and decor you cpuld clearly seecalot of wear and tear. After cleaning thoroughly on my own it was a decent stay The beds were decent.

Room was dirty, the girl checking us in had to climb over the counter with a small toddler to check us in. The air conditioner was extremely loud and kept us up all night.

Tv didn’t work. Staff notified the first day and was promised a new remote and no remote. Went to front desk later on about and was told that he would put in a maintenance request. Went the whole stay without TV. No dishes was available. Dust/spiders webs in corners and behind nightstand

The room we were assigned [222] had roaches (we just kept seeing them) as if they were coming out of the walls. It freaked my 12-year-old out to the point of their inability to fall asleep. The tub/shower combo looked dirty. The beds were inadequately made, the bed skirts were missing, and there was no comforter. I should've complained about the roaches and took that as a sign that something could be more wrong. The next day (after checking out), my 15-year-old started complaining of itchy bumps on his hands and neck. Mind you, both of my kids slept in their clothes (they didn't shower because of the appearance of roaches and that the shower looked dirty). If I could have a do over, I would have notified the front desk of the condition of the room and requested another room, SMH at myself. I was just so tired after the drive to Atlanta. Now, I have itchy bites on my biceps, arms foot, and hand. This is the 2nd time I've booked with Booking.com post-pandemic. I've noticed that the hotels I've booked via Booking.com give us their worst, low-quality, substandard room. It was not like this pre-pandemic, SMH. After this last experience, I won't book via [third-party bookings]. It was a bad experience, then to leave with bug bites that itch relentlessly, it's not worth the few $$$ saved . . . Oh, and that's another thing. A guest showed up when we were checking in inquiring about the rates per night. The staff quoted him nearly $20 less than what I paid via Booking.com. Deal? No deal! It's not worth the experience we had.

There was a roach infestation in the initial room given to me and I had to stay there for 2 nights before getting another room. The refuge is situated right in front of the elevator in a big box often left overflowing and smelly before being emptied, with roaches gathering.

I had to leave early so in the check out I did not see anyone of the staff to say thank you and good bye, I had to left the keys on the front desk.

The TV did not work all night. I think it was due to the weather. They also don't turn all the way facing the beds. The air conditioner was not convenient to the location of the beds.

Staff not on duty, broken items in room. Room has a shop vac and hepa filter machine attempting to remove the awful smell from the room. Requested small refund for “no breakfast or coffee” in a.m. room did not have any items in kitchen like cups, silverware, plates etc. let alone a coffee maker to make your own coffee since the property did not provide breakfast although was advertised.

Room was not clean, hallways smelled of smoke, breakfast included per reservation non-existent, if you plan to stay here for Oglethorpe Graduation- please pass.
