Breakfast was mediocre but there were enough options to figure something out. Coffee was not very good. Fitness area was not good. Only equipment was 2 mismatching dumbbells and one of the 3 cardio machines didn’t work (didn’t try the others). Would have been disappointed if working out had been a priority during this particular stay.

We thought the indoor garden/water area was really cool. We used the pool and hot tub every day. Everything seemed clean and breakfast was always stocked. Friendly staff. Breakfast hours and checkin/checkout times were great. Was nice to be able to take our time packing up to leave in the morning.

Bathtub was slippery for shower. Nothing to hang on to and no bath mat! Could have used an easy chair for comfort watching TV.

We didn’t eat breakfast as we needed to head to church. The coffee was really weak from the breakfast area though. The room and bathroom were clean..could have used an easy chair in the room. Tv was good…shower was slippery…no bath mat so I used a hand towel.

No food near by to deliver, Breakfast in the morning was not as good as I hoped but it was 6/10. Wish the pool was open a little later like 11pm or 12am.

My only complaint is the bathtub/shower was quite slippery and there are no grab bars to hold on to! I mentioned this to the woman at the front desk and she did not seem too concerned. This is a safety issue and I certainly hope that they will look into it before someone ends up falling...

The breakfast was not very good. No eggs, no meat, no real oatmeal, the pastries were all store bought cellophane wrapped things. But the rooms were fine and the staff was very helpful. Hot tub was nice. Fire alarm went off several times this morning!

Our room #105 the door wouldn't lock, we tried pulling it, pushing it, but couldn't get the door latch deadbolt to lock, we put that hoop thing on the door at night and took the chair from the desk in our room and put it against the door incase someone tried to get in. There was no one at the front desk and there was a note that said they were short staffed and were closed after 10pm, also the bathrooms like in the lobby were locked, and a note on the door said they were not available for use. My wife had to go to the bathroom while i was waiting for our room, but couldn't go because they weren't available. The breakfast this morning the eggs were cold in the steamer, so we threw the one away that i had taken to eat. It was a nice room, but the door to the room is super heavy to open, and older couple would have trouble getting them open. I doubt we stay there again when traveling in Michigan.

It was a very decent hotel and the family that was running it was very nice and accommodating. I had asked for a 1st floor room but they only had a 2nd floor room, but at least there was an elevator there. While i was waiting for the elevator the clerks wife came and told me she had a 1st floor king room they could give us so i didn't have to do the upstairs. It was nice of them to do that for me.

I would have liked adjourning rooms, but we were given rooms side by side.

The breakfast was very good. I did not rally care for the eggs but loved the biscuits and gravy on Sunday. The pool and hot tube were excellent. The rooms were clean and there was amble parking.

The only thing that bothered me was that they had the American flag at the same level of the state flag.
