It was hard to access the property to load and unload the car because the side door key swipe wasn’t working and the front desk operator had the front door locked. There is a doorbell there but it took nearly 20 minutes to get back inside after going for food. Then when I got inside my key card wouldn’t work. We came down to Jacksonville to take a close friend to the Mayo Clinic she at the time was very I’ll. After helping her to her room I went to retrieve something else from the car and low and behold her key car would not work. Get the card reactivated help her settle go to my room and omg. The shower had towels and wash clothes hanging along the shower curtain, and lip gloss, gum, paper and other trash along side the bed and behind the nightstand.

I didn't like anything. I was harassed by staff. There wasnt any staff at night. The employee yelled at me and argued with me because I wanted a blanket and sheets for the pull out bed. She was Hispanic and the only customer she said was going to help was the other Hispanic family. I guess African Americans don't deserve service. I was only there due to a house fire. To be treated so unjust was baffling and I will never return to any extended stay. This place is out dated. Floors wet from pool and wet floor signs. It was awful

First room we got ac was broken second room was disgusting (condoms,roach papers, and cigarette butts,mold and mildew,cosmetic issues,broken glass in dresser,room that wasn’t vacuumed,artificial eye lash in bed and artificial nail in bathroom with a razor blade stains on floor)

They charge us additional $205.17 on top of the $422.67 that Booking.com charge us. All kitchen appliances was additional cost which you had to pay for a coffee for your room. Also there free breakfast is normal more than energy bars and nothing else.

They asked for ID for my underage kids and was kind of rude about it. There was no toilet paper at all the 5 days we stayed. The light did not work.

Its afforable and a great location. I like how the rooms are set up and have a small kitchen area. Its pretty comfy and not a lot of noise.

First off, this place is dirty and smells like mold. 2nd, we arrived late in the evening (have email approving late check in) and was told i cant check in because the system is down. Was given no options and was basically rudely turned away witj a 3 year old after 5 hours of driving. The receptionist was rude, dishelved, unprofessional, and could care less that we were basically homeless.

The front desk clerk wasn’t very welcoming upon my arrival and barely gave any eye contact. Even when taking my ID and payment method for the room she never explained the details of the charges that were added on until I asked (deposit amount) why was it $100 more. I was never given any of the Wi-Fi info until I asked what it was. I was only handed 2 room keys without a envelope and told what my room number was. We had to figure out the best parking and the closest entry way to our room once we figured out how to get there. Then once we figured out the best entry way we had no clue that the entrance was locked after a certain hour even with a key, it was another guest that showed us that the stairway entry door does not lock at all (not safe) and that we could just pull the sign on the door to get in through that entry way by our room which was the very first door from the stairway on the 3rd floor. The stairway wasn’t clean, there was trash on the floors, old coffee sitting in the window, and the stairway floors had not been swept or mopped. I took no photos but wish I had taken some.
