We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe room was dusty and not the cleanest. The room and the whole facility looked out of date and ran down. Untaken care of. The landscaping was uncared for and neglected. Staff were unkept and unfriendly. Housekeeping never came up on request. The security was almost inexistent. The window shook and rattled when opened and shut the door. The room could be easy to break into.
The price was reasonable but not worth it. There was an onsite restaurant the was very good. Great staff in the restaurant, and reasonable price.

The restaurant had good bar food. The male at the front desk during check in was nice and helpful.

United States of AmericaNeeds room updated, ceiling over top of the coffee maker was falling apart debris falling down on top of it, bed was uncomfortable, no USB plugs, chicken bone was hiding behind the lamp table, drainage from sink and bathtub was very slow, for the money I spent should have been a lot cheaper, very disappointing.
Breakfast was a muffin or waffle you had to prepare, no protein.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom door could not be opened from the inside so if you were in the room by yourself, you would have been stuck in the bathroom with no way out. The bathroom door paint was peeling badly and there were paint chips all over the floor. The bathroom fan was so loud and grinding it gave you a headache. The sink faucet was very hard to turn on, you had to pull with all your might. When we arrived we could get no TV channels on the tv. We finally figured out how to go in and had to program the TV to receive any signal. There is no phone in the room to even call the front desk and tell them of the issues we had with the room.
Bed and pillows were comfy. Heater worked well and was quiet. Towels were clean and plentiful.

United States of AmericaWe asked for extra towels but never got them. The mini fridge froze some of our drinks on a low setting. There were other issues but they were not the Quality inn's fault.
The hot breakfast on the weekend was ok, nothing to get excited about. The room wasn't bad, the floor was a bit sticky. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean.

United States of AmericaThe shower was slippery and really outdated, the toilet didn’t flush right. Burn holes in linens. I didn’t feel safe with my family. There are all kinds of poorly lit out door corridors. There was constant marauana smells, partying, loud weed/drinking get together right outside our door at night. The pancake machine was constantly breaking down for breakfast, just bagels and cereal mostly. Our last night there someone put a cigarette out on my car. Bad element and whole vibe bad there.
The bed was comfy and clean, but linens were stained and had burn holes. The room had vinyl floors, which is nice, but it was dirty. The restaurant was really good.

United States of AmericaNot clean whatsoever. The windows were filthy in nearly every room - most likely haven't been cleaned in months. The bathrooms seem to be brushed over with a rag and that's about it. The shower didn't work - so had to be placed in another room after night one of a 2-day stay.
The beds were very comfy. It's nice to have a bar/restaurant located right in the hotel.
