The door was a difficult to get open and closed (although it was kind of beneficial since I am notorious for forgetting my keys). I could hear the slamming of other guests doors all throughout the night. I am assuming it is because other guests were dealing with the same thing.

The staff (especially Sandy) was so welcoming and made me feel at home. The room was clean and we hand more than enough blankets to stay warm.

It could have been a little cleaner. Found a few strands of hair in the bed, shower and other places which made me question how often and thorough they clean the place. Found a bug on a counter and a decent amount on other surfaces thru out. Some spots look like it hadn’t been clean in a very long time. Cleaning this place up spotless would go a long way bc everything in the room is so nice and new!

Price was fantastic, room looked great after a renovation I’m assuming. The bed was super comfortable and loved having a fridge and freezer that was a great surprise. The amount of cameras is great bc every inch of the property is covered

Bathroom wasn’t clean. Found pubic hair on toilet seat and unflushed toilet upon arrival. Bathtub had hair. Room faintly smelled of weed.

Right next to airport. One morning had about a dozen UPS airplanes take off starting at 430 am from the UPS distribution facility. Other than that, really didn’t notice airport nearby.

Was there for a volleyball tournament at the nearby Kentucky Expo Center. Great location less than a mile away. Was undergoing renovation. My room had been completed. Could tell what had been done, but was clean and fresh.

I had to figure out why the tv didnt work ,pull desk unit out to get to cord and plug it in. room was like 30 degrees. there was coffee but no creamer or sugar. very outdated and stuff like shower rod was rusty and stuff just seemed " patched up"

Had to go ask for towels and then a large refrigerator being placed and my stuff moved without notice. Your sight said there was breakfast- but when I got there and checked in was told only coffee - disappointed.

The bathroom was too small and the room was not very clean (we could see a lot of dust on the carpet behind the bedside tables).

The parking lot was easy to find a spot. The room was ok, good for a night of sleep while travelling.

Its a motel so doors are outside. The bathroom is to small to change in. So my daughters and I had to take turns using the room to change. Furniture was falling apart. Light bulbs were burnt out or burning out.

The staff is friendly. It was close to Kentucky Kingdom. It was clean bathroom and sheets. Everything was beat to death half the lightbulbs didnt work. You have about 10 channels on the TV. We usually stay at a nicer hotel up the street. This time we were there for one night. Since we were going to use the hotel from 11pm to 9am. I figured save $100. As for the price of hotels around there and proximity to Kentucky Kingdom. Breakfast was coffee and donuts. Both were fresh.
