There was a lot of noise during the night but I don't feel it was the Hotel's fault.

It was close to where I needed to go and was clean. I didn't eat breakfast this time but the last time I stayed there I did and it was very good.

This hotel was exceptionally clean! The staff was very friendly. My sister left her Stanley cup outside by the bench she was sitting at, and when she went to retrieve it, it was gone. She asked the front desk, and they were able to locate the cup. Thanks for hiring HONEST PEOPLE! We will be back :)

If they're going to deal with places like booking.com then they should conform to the booking.com says not right the wrong rules when you get there. I think they looked at us to see what we were or who we were we were driving a brand new car which we own and it's like they look down their nose at us like they thought we were going to steal the place but I had no desire to steal the place at all just looking for a good night's rest.

My only problem with this motel I was told by booking.com it was going to cost me $169.88 which we went in to pay and they declined our card because they said we would have to pay an additional $150 if we could be refunded to us the next day that did not happen they ended up over charging our card 60 something dollars which they weren't going to do supposed to do either but they did and it took 5 days for that money to be refunded back to us I realized to some people $60 isn't much but when you're traveling it's a lot when you saved for vacation so I was very disappointed with the fact they didn't agree with booking.com on what we owed them I was more disappointed with the fact that took them so long to pay us back because they said we received the money the next day and we did not at checkout. I receipt said they charged us $169.88 but our bank statement said they charged us $230 something and some change which we did not receive until 4 days later from the day that we checked out

We chose Comfort Inn for the hot breakfast. Our room was clean, comfortable and staff made me feel like I was family. Next visit, I hope to be able to use the pool and exercise room which we're also very nice. We arrived two hours before check in and they had no problem getting us in. I did call ahead of time to ask though. They even put us in connecting rooms. Our stay was very relaxing and we will return! Thank you Comfort Inn Piketon Ohio!

Unfortunately it’s close to the train that can possibly disturb your sleep if you are a light sleeper.

Clean place, nice staff, room (king size and spa bathroom) was spacious and agreeable. Breakfast was varied and good.

We waited a couple of hours for toilet paper, then a couple more for clean towels. I think housekeeping may have language issues; that may have been caused the delay. Hotel had a lot of traveling construction workers, who lingered by the pool, so we opted not to use it. I forgot about the train tracks across the highway! So that woke me up several times, as I'm a light sleeper. A grab bar in the tub would be handy.

Clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was fine, coffee was GREAT. Hot breakfast sandwich options, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, fresh fruit.

Couldn't enjoy the pool because so many people partying and grilling all day and night. Even the guy who checked us in.

We did not like that the remote to our tv did not work well. It was hard to get the channel to change, up or down. volume worked fine and on/off, but the channel changing was frustrating. Room was nice and clean.

Breakfast was ok, nice to have a variety of items, cold and things to heat in the microwave. I liked having bottled water as an option, and fresh pieces of fruit, too. Coffee was good, and creamer, sugar adequate.

It’s a pretty large hotel for Piketon. The room was large, very clean and the bed was comfortable. It met my expectations for a budget property.

Unprofessional staff, no privacy — people entered our room twice without knocking or announcing themselves, once it was because the staff gave someone else keys to the same room that we were already staying in, bathroom door broken (wouldn’t shut all the way or lock), large ink stain on carpet.
