Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I loved how clean the whole entire place was. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast every morning and all the continental items you could want. Definitely would stay again!

Tv is small
The pools and jacuzzi are great. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. We visit the Smokies alot and we've stayed here several times and always really liked this hotel. Our adult son was with us on this trip. It was his 1st time at LeConte and he was very impressed. He especially liked that the indoor pool area stayed open until midnight. He said it's his new favorite hotel in the Smokies We Highly recommend LeConte. It's a hidden gem just off the beaten path of the Parkway, but it's quiet and still close to everything in Pigeon Forge

There was a fire in a room. Staff did not explain what had happened hallway smelled of smoke. They did not towels supplied in the pool area.
Room was excellent . Pool was nice indoor and outdoor Breakfast was one of the best for a hotel. Parking was good and about 1 mile to everything.

The rooms was very clean. Very comfortable bed. Everyone was extremely helpful. I had mentioned when I booked the room that my husband was to have hip replacement surgery in a few weeks. They gave us a room on the first floor right next to the outside door. So we had very little walking to get to our room. The dining areas were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs,sausage, make your own pancakes. There was also frozen Eggo waffles and oatmeal, and fruit. Coffee was very good. This will definitely be our place to go next time. The little kitchen area had pot/pans and dishes, toaster and a one cup coffee maker and a full size refrigerator. 2 tv's. One in the living room area and one in the bedroom.

The only complaint u have is that there was a very strong chlorine odor in the pool area. It burned my eyes but my kids were fine to swim.
Everything was lovely! We will definitely stay here when we visit the area in the future! We especially loved the hotel staff--women in the breakfast area and the maintenance guy were extremely warm and friendly each and everyday. My son was sad to say goodbye to the maintenance guy because he had been so nice to him.

Everything was great....no complaints at all. This was our 2nd stay at Leconte.
Breakfast was okay...appreciated the hard work of the staff to keep area neat and clean. Coffee is excellent!! Upon check in, I was not happy with the location of our assigned room. The young lady who was helping me was not at all interested in moving us to a different room (the hotel was almost completely booked) but Michael, who was also working at the desk took over and suggested that he could move us the next morning if i wanted. I told him that would be helpful but then he found an empty room on a different floor and offered that to me. We gladly accepted and the room was perfect. MICHEAL....you were a blessing and we truly appreciated how you went the extra mile to make us more comfortable and happy! Thank you!!

In the shower there was no safety bars or anything to put use. and kinda the same at the bathroom sink. nothing to hold a hand towel. had to lay them on the sink.

Perhaps the exit signs on the upper floors could indicate stair locations to the first floor (ie. lobby, pool, parking lot, etc.)
My wife and I felt the cost of the room per night was a really good value in exchange for an upgraded, clean, good smelling, comfortable location. It really was perfect.

This is one of the cleanest places we've stayed! It is very well-maintained. The breakfast was great and has many options. The staff were friendly and on top of things. I love they offer guest laundry because we stayed longer than planned and needed to use it. Lastly, as a family of 6, I appreciate the size of the rooms! A lot of times, we have to get 2 rooms to fit us all comfortably but not here.

The room was Huge and so clean, the beds were very comfortable. My kids loved the indoor pool there were plenty of options for breakfast. It was quite and I loved how it was set back from the strip a bit
