I was expecting a blow dryer. I haven't stayed in an extended stay hotel before, so I can understand you might bring your own if you are staying more than a night when you are passing through. The living room furniture was plastic covered and somewhat torn, so rather uncomfortable.

It was a last minute stop, yet it was conveniently located, easy to reserve, clean, and with helpful employees.

The room which was a non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The refrigerator in my room had an extremely loud motor. I asked that it be fixed and it was taken care of immediately. I also had to extend my stay and the staff made this very easy. The room was comfortable and met my needs.

Hallways smelled like marijuana the entire stay. Even lingered into our room, and they ran out of pillows which made the bed uncomfortable. The only breakfast available was granola bars.

Pool was not open during the hottest part of the summer and we had two boys 15 and 7 that were extremely disappointed. The room wasnt CLEAN !!! at best , it may have been wiped down but not very well . And unfortunately, bugs . Specifically, roaches !!! Outside and in our room .

Toilet placement is very odd, tight squeeze, elevator is unbelievably slow, especially for just 3 floors.

The issue was we stayed for 4 days and the first day the people upstairs were an little heavy footed to say t been least. We called after it continued all day and into the night and were told "yea, they have 3 kids an a dog" ok cool, at least for the night. Next morning it sounded like the Panthers were practicing upstairs ALL DAY an again into the night. So we called the desk again an the noise stopped and not a peep. We though oh good maybe they moved them to another room or something, only to wake up to more of the same. I understand it's tough to keep 3 young kids and a great big pitbull quite in a small place like that but, put them on the ground floor or something because I don't want to see anyone put out but, at what point is enough enough? For $150+ a night I don't think I should have to repeatedly complain over the course of 4 days for us to be the only party walking away with a bad taste.

The rooms are very nice and it was clean as well. The shower head was taped on in the handicapped bathroom but I coul look past that because the other head was amazing. Breakfast was decent also. The room was a really nice size in comparison to most in the same price range.

The staff and service was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable! I will definitely be staying at Extended Stay in the future!

Breakfast was extremely limited and staff did not refill food supplies or even coffee machine during breakfast hours. Low quality bedding, using blankets instead of comforters. Bathroom needs cleaning, lots of mold spots in the shower floor and wall.

The smell of the bathroom/shower area gave a bit of a urine scent... Shower area could've been cleaned out a bit better. Didn't like the fact that we had to ask for rags and towels everyday.

I paid for an extra day knowing our flight would be arriving early but was told I could lose the room because it was past check in the prior day. Diana was able to help me out tremendously. Also paid for late check out but was told by maid service we had to leave at 11. When I went to the front desk they couldn't verify even though the invoice that was emailed to me gave the check out date with a time of 3:15 pm. So we threw our belongings together and checked out.

The location was great for us. The room worked out well for the amount of time we were staying.
