When I first walked in our room it looked nice until I saw smudges on the mirrors which led me to believe the room was not cleaned as efficiently as it should have been. Also, the toilet was stopped up. The housekeeper (who was very sweet and apologetic) did come immediately to clean the mirrors and give us a plunger (the maintenance man was not there at the time to unplug the toilet, so we did it ourselves, which I completely understand). Furthermore, the couch had a super gross feeling to it - it just felt so unclean. I had to put a sheet on it before I would dare sit there. Oh, and the lighting was terrible! I feel for the money that we paid to stay there, it definitely could have been cleaner and brighter. Another issue was the breakfast. The gravy and biscuits were not fresh and tasted very bland and the egg frittatas were not very good either. However, the juice and coffee tasted fresh. Overall, I feel the price was too high for one night when considering the facilities.

I liked that the staff was very, very friendly and helpful. The young man at the front desk was so nice and very eager to assist in any way he could and the short, cute little housekeeper with the glasses was so down to earth and very helpful and friendly! And although I was unable to use the swimming/grilling facilities, they did look fun.

The floors were dirty, my husband took his shoes off and was walking around the room and his socks were black from the floors being so dirty and when we got out of the shower it felt like sand on the floors, and the couch was so disgusting, it needed to be burned.

The location is kind of stuck off down a deserted road but overall I was safe and the Lyft/uber drivers pulled up to an address that was next door and vacant…not sure if the hotel needs to update the address if they moved to the building they are currently operating from.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast each morning was very nice and the selection was great. Room was like a mini studio apartment and that was very unexpected. Definitely would stay again and share with my family and friends!

Our room had a bunch of patch work on walls and wasn’t re painted afterwards ….

It was good , had a Landry room and pool/ spa … breakfast was good and staff was very nice.

Location & maze to go through to find it. Signage for directions to site would help especially at night. Well lighted.

Breakfast good & would be better if cooked on spot at time of eating. Not enough folks eating at same time. Miles was gracious & very helpful. Keep him.

The staff is very friendly and always trying to be accommodating. The willingness to negotiate and work with the property manager to fit our needs was what made me feel comfortable and beyond happy.

The road to the property is horrible. Huge pot holes. Roach bugs in room, fire ants all over stairs.

Clean Pool. Very large room. Super friendly staff.

The road out of the place was filled with pot holes. It was located just outside of the County maintenance.

The breakfast was fine. The room was excellent. The location was just fair but it wasn't a big deal.

It was a large room with a full kitchen...plenty of room for the 5 of us. The free breakfast was good with plenty of things to choose from.
