The hallway smelt like crack you had to hold your nose until you got your room at the costly spraying spray because that’s how bad the smell was

First room smelled like same one had smoked weed in it. The second room lock wouldn’t open unless to we’re trying to break the handle. When I reported it to the front desk was told she knew about it.

Although I had read reviews of guest-booked rooms not available upon check-in, I still chose to book here to try it. Upon arrival, I wasn't 100% shocked when the front desk told me they didn't have any 2 queen rooms left, BUT they were putting us up in two separate 1 queen rooms without charging us any extra. (I felt that was very fair.) Each room had a kitchenette and pull-out couch, which allowed for enough sleeping space. However although we booked a non-smoking room, the hallways and elevator were pungent with smoke smell!! The beds were hard as rocks and felt as though we were sleeping on the floor. There was not any bedding for the pull-out without requesting it and the same for the kitchenette. There were no utensils, pots & pans, napkins, nothing except one lonely towel folded by a sign that advised you to go to the front desk for items needed. Even motels normally provide a coffee pot with coffee and plastic cups to get a drink of water. We were glad we decided to go home early!

I booked our stay here because we could take our fur babies and it showed to have two queen beds, a sleeper couch, and a kitchenette. Those were good since our family tends to cook meals instead of spending at restaurants. We were planning to stay two nights, but changed our minds and decided to head home early. Although we had to pay upfront for both nights upon arrival, the next morning we checked out and were refunded the amount for the 2nd night quite quickly. We were also only charged 1 pet deposit per pet. (Which was less than some places and also that some charge per pet/per night) The breakfast was as described and consisted of coffee, muffins, and Granola bars.

The entire property with the exception of my room smelled of weed. There was cigarette butts scattered around too especially in the elevator. The bed was hard as a brick.

There were some bugs in my room I seen crawling on the smoke detector along with some dead ones in the bathroom. Hallway smelled of pet urine down the back steps. Spent too much money for the quality of the room

The smell is awful and they have huge roaches in the rooms. it’s very old and outdated. The bed is uncomfortable and the sheets are like sand paper.

Just about everything. Rooms were not ready when we arrived at 1730 (check in was supposed to be 1500). Whole hotel smelled terrible. No trash can anywhere in the room, phone did not work, bed terribly uncomfortable. My friend is allergic to mold and started having an attack, did not even sleep there and had to leave.

Location is convenient to the battery which was our destination.

I was going to pay for a whole week to stay there and it looked kind of dirty in the front office and in the entrance and so I asked if before I paid for a week if I could go check out the room as I was walking to the room everything was filthy the ceiling tiles were missing there were the molding was coming off the wall the room smelled really bad it was just overall disgusting and I decided I did not want to stay there I told them that it was not up to my part and that I couldn't stay in the place that wasn't clean. And besides not being clean it just wasn't well taken care of the whole property needs to be renovated it's falling apart

It wasn’t clean. There were opened beverages left in the refrigerator by the previous guests when we arrived. Guests clearly don’t abide by the no smoking signs as the hallways wreaked of marijuana and the bed linens hadn’t been changed. When we tried to call the front desk, we realized that the phones didn’t work and were just there for the look.

Did not like anything.... There are too many photos to post below. Broken pull out bed, filthy floor, counters and burn marks. Cabinets falling apart, and so on.....

When I arrived they did not have the room I reserved. I had to pay for a smaller room at regular price. The room was filthy and unfit.

I want to be refunded my money. I was lied to twice with this property management. I spoke with 3 different employees & it was no rooms cleaned for over a hour. Employees arguing with customers. Feel free to email me about the issue.

It was dirty, it smelled horrible, the person that checked me in was not the person that was supposed to be in the front desk it was a random lady that walked out of a room with no shoes. The parking lot was filled with groups of people standing around the vehicles I couldn’t even drive around I had to turn around to be able to leave.

Bugs...dirty room...double charged...false alarm at 3am...then another night someone tried to get in room at 3am..room had nothing web site said our room would..most disappointing disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at...elevator and hallways were dirty....kids running up and down hall at midnight....pool was closed...there was absolutely no amenities...what hotel doesn't at least have a coffeepot...if I had my choice it would get -10000000...one of the employees friends even almost hit our car...if my son wouldn't have hollered they would have hit it. What was suppose to be very enjoyable was a total nightmare...said fully equipped kitchen but everything was gone...suppose to have breakfast but they said not at this location but when I booked the room it said breakfast...pool...fully equipped kitchen....we got...nothing

No breakfast, no Pool (even that I choose it for that) also the ring desk took me to go to the next hotel with the same name so my son can enjoy the pool and again close… No Pool) smells like smoke, need to ask for blankets…. My room wasn’t available after 3…. Needs to walk different rooms to see if they are clean… but anyway the one that I got the flat sheet wasn’t clean… mold on the fridge and something on the sofa was nasty. I have paid in the front on the beach with a clean room the same amount…

There was what was called a "dry breakfast", consisting of coffee, hot tea or hot chocolate, that was it! Pretty sure the room hadn't been cleaned in months, trash and dirt all under the pull out couch and mattress when pulled out.

Close enough to walk to the Braves game. Lots of restaurants nearby. That's about it.

Very disappointed couldn't find desk attendant's when first arrived when found him the room he checked me into I walked into an already occupied room. The hotel room only had 2 pillows for 3 people no exhaust in bathroom and elevator and hallways smelt like insecticide No I should have kept my reservation at Baymont
