United States of AmericaAlthough I had read reviews of guest-booked rooms not available upon check-in, I still chose to book here to try it. Upon arrival, I wasn't 100% shocked when the front desk told me they didn't have any 2 queen rooms left, BUT they were putting us up in two separate 1 queen rooms without charging us any extra. (I felt that was very fair.) Each room had a kitchenette and pull-out couch, which allowed for enough sleeping space. However although we booked a non-smoking room, the hallways and elevator were pungent with smoke smell!! The beds were hard as rocks and felt as though we were sleeping on the floor. There was not any bedding for the pull-out without requesting it and the same for the kitchenette. There were no utensils, pots & pans, napkins, nothing except one lonely towel folded by a sign that advised you to go to the front desk for items needed. Even motels normally provide a coffee pot with coffee and plastic cups to get a drink of water. We were glad we decided to go home early!
I booked our stay here because we could take our fur babies and it showed to have two queen beds, a sleeper couch, and a kitchenette. Those were good since our family tends to cook meals instead of spending at restaurants. We were planning to stay two nights, but changed our minds and decided to head home early. Although we had to pay upfront for both nights upon arrival, the next morning we checked out and were refunded the amount for the 2nd night quite quickly. We were also only charged 1 pet deposit per pet. (Which was less than some places and also that some charge per pet/per night) The breakfast was as described and consisted of coffee, muffins, and Granola bars.

United States of AmericaJust about everything. Rooms were not ready when we arrived at 1730 (check in was supposed to be 1500). Whole hotel smelled terrible. No trash can anywhere in the room, phone did not work, bed terribly uncomfortable. My friend is allergic to mold and started having an attack, did not even sleep there and had to leave.
Location is convenient to the battery which was our destination.

United States of AmericaI was going to pay for a whole week to stay there and it looked kind of dirty in the front office and in the entrance and so I asked if before I paid for a week if I could go check out the room as I was walking to the room everything was filthy the ceiling tiles were missing there were the molding was coming off the wall the room smelled really bad it was just overall disgusting and I decided I did not want to stay there I told them that it was not up to my part and that I couldn't stay in the place that wasn't clean. And besides not being clean it just wasn't well taken care of the whole property needs to be renovated it's falling apart

Guests clearly don’t abide by the no smoking signs as the hallways wreaked of marijuana and the bed linens hadn’t been changed. What was suppose to be very enjoyable was a total nightmare...said fully equipped kitchen but everything was gone...suppose to have breakfast but they said not at this location but when I booked the room it said breakfast...pool...fully equipped kitchen....we got...nothing
