Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaNo hot water and if one needs any cooking utensils, tableware or cups and glasses, coffee maker, etc., you have to get them from the lobby. They did have two plastic cups in the bathroom.
Lots of extra space and a full size refrigerator.

United States of AmericaThe appliances; refrigerator and microwave were very old, and rusted up. It was very difficult to get the microwave door to open and close. The elevator is in need of serious repair. The bathroom light blew. I called the front desk and was told they would call maintenance to replace the bulb. By the time I checked out a few days later, the bulb still wasn't replaced. This was a simple fix and should've been corrected timely. I was also told by the front desk guy he would check with the manager to see if I could get some type of credit applied to my bill, I never heard anything back on that. Breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal packets, very small muffins, and coffee. Parking was tight, if you didn't get back to the hotel by a certain time you would have to park far down the lot to find a parking space. Tv kept losing the signal. Wifi costs $1.99 hour to stream movies, or have video calls.
Room was clean and spacious. I liked the desk/dining area. Location was great, close to interstates, plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee/donut shops, gas stations, parks and walking trails very close. Washer and dryers worked well, dryers last 45 minutes so gets all the clothes dry in one setting.

United States of AmericaI wasn’t really impressed when I walked into the property. It smelled like pot! The night clerk wasn’t the friendliest, and didn’t offer a lot of information regarding Wi-Fi, breakfast etc. My room was OK, however the bathroom ceiling was somewhat moldy and needed some drywall work. Minimal soap, shampoo but it was just OK.
The location, once I found it, was convenient to my job site

United States of AmericaDamage to bathroom door, smelled bad in hallways, they charged fees for a late check out even though we left the night before. No excusable reason to charge an extra $80 because we had to leave the night before for an emergency.
It was clean, staff was nice, close enough to Truist Park if you’re up to walking or taking a cheap Uber.

United States of AmericaThe lady, at the front desk told us that we haven't been here, long enough to get our room cleaned; but we have been here, since November 18th and our room hasn't been cleaned by them. And according to the website, they're supposed to clean your room; after every 7 days that you are there. I asked for the floor to be mopped and no one has clean or come to mop the floor. I went to the dollar tree and got a cheap mop and mop pads to clean the floor. And if the lady had said that we couldn't be in the room, while the housekeeper cleaned; that would not have been a problem. But, that was not the case.
I haven't seen anything that remotely pertaining to a " grab and go" breakfast.

United States of AmericaPeople arguing in the halls. Someone even had a pit bull that charged my boyfriend. To be fair it was reported to the front desk and we didn't see him again. Room keys also would open the side doors. Front desk said she would report to manager was not fixed during our stay.
Angie at the front desk was exceptional. We got lost coming in and I called and she stayed on the phone with me til I got to the parking lot. Absolutely the sweetest person ever!

United States of AmericaThe location is real creepy, up a hill tucked off in the back. Parking lot is pretty scary at night. Sketchy people outside smoking, hanging out etc. Room smelled like old bleach was used to clean it. The light above burners (can’t think of proper name) was very old and rusted. Older possibly Jamaican lady at front desk is rude!! Was at the counter waiting to be helped as she was walking out of the office, didn’t say I will be right back etc just left as I stood there for a min of 20mins. I had two reservations and was attempting to explain what happen and she was very smart mouthed for no reason wasn’t listening to what I was saying!
Very close to my job! Didn’t require a deposit/damage fee
