The room had an overall moldly/musty smell to it that wasn't pleasant. Bathroom sink didn't drain. There were hairs around the sink. The tv remote didn't work. There were small cigarette stains on the sheets. My queen bed had only one flat pillow on it. I discovered both of the windows were unlocked and open (I was on the first floor).

The breakfast could’ve been a little better. I came towards the end of the breakfast so I don’t know if there was more there earlier.

The prices were very competitive and the facilities were nice and comfortable. The breakfast was OK. This was my first time using extended day but it was a good experience.

Carpet was moldy and had a rank smell. Walls were not soundproof at all. I could hear the couple in their room as if I was with them. Grossly overpriced for a place in the far outskirts of DC

This is a long list. It was difficult to understand the male employee at the desk. He had a strong accent and also didn't talk very loud... when he knew there was a fiberglass shield between us AND he was wearing a mask. The other employee never smiled or gave eye contact. We stayed there 3 days and had to go to the desk each day to get our towels... AND we had to bring our used towels down to the desk before they would exchange towels. We also had to go to the desk for a new roll of toilet paper when we ran out. The Grab and Go Breakfast was absolutely horrible. It was basically coffee, hot water, instant oatmeal, muffins, and granola bars. My child almost broke their teeth on the hard granola bar, and they did not keep the food items stocked well (no oatmeal or muffins one morning). There is a room for guests to dump their room trash next to the stairwell on each floor. The hallways wreaked of stale beer and rotting food due to these rooms. The deadbolt lock on our room door didn't line up with the hole in the door frame, so it was useless.

The beds were comfortable. The shower head was nice. The water temperature was nice. It was quiet while in the room. The fridge was convenient.

Staff were half-hearted; not one smile...everyone looked worn out. At one point, I waited at the desk for 12 minutes before someone came to help me; there was just no one there, and no bell to call someone. There was a sign that said "we will be back momentarily. If you need to talk to someone, use the house phone." But there was no house phone! The facility itself is run-down, walls are scuffed and marked, floors are dirty EXCEPT in my room...it was clean. It's a very stripped-down sort of place. A fair amount of noise; some of the room doors have gaps as big as one inch at the top. My toilet wasn't connected to the floor and 'rocked.' I also had to hold the handle down for at least 15 seconds to get it to flush thoroughly. Just...disappointing.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

This hotel was trash. It turned into a party after 7pm and there were girls half naked walking around. Drug deals were being made left and right. The whole place smelled like a black and mild.

The desk clerk was not going to let me in at 11PM when I had reserved a late check in. Another guest let me in and then I was helped. Hallways were very simple not too bright and a smell of smoke. Breakfast well there was a coffee machine and a granola bar! They were out of muffins. It what I would call a breakfast! I would not stay here again sorry.

The fact that my toilet clogged 3 different times for absolutely no reason. I asked for some one to come up I was told there was no maintenance in to help had to plung it myself. I paid a decent amount of money to stay there and no housekeeping was provided I had to pay extra for it. I even had to have 6 different cards to unlock my room because they wouldn't work especially when I'm not getting back until 4 am from working where I was at and check out was at 11 am that day and the front attendant said there was nothing he could do at all. I tried to book an extra day and was told I had to pay double for an extra night. So I didn't even bother. And when we woke up a little late trying to get things together to leave the one front desk attendant told us they didn't care. I wish I could've just gotten my money back and left for something else. I also used the microwave one time only because it looked like the front panel was going to burn a hole through it. As well as the "breakfast" they serve its just coffee and a granola bar.

The hallways smelled like a cheap apartment building. Our tub liner had massive holes in it and the water did not get hot. Breakfast was coffee and 1 Nature Valley granola bar.
