We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe rooms had out dated television, the microwave plate was too big for the microwave, the first room they assigned us, the door wouldn't close, took nearly 15 minutes to get hot water, and not enough bedside tables.

United States of AmericaThere was an issue with the reservation which was made for two double beds, and we received a room with one king bed and a pull out sofa. While they gave us a discount on the reservation, one of us slept on a pull out, bed the entire week not so fun. The rooms floors were very dusty and we had to ask multiple times to get the floors swept while we were there.  The noise level from the street was annoying and other guests in the hotel we’re not quite.
The property was in a safe area, although it was right alongside a major thorough fare in Albuquerque.

United States of AmericaThe only reason I booked this hotel instead of any other in the area, is because the description listed an outdoor pool. The pool was closed. Which means, there was no pool, at all. I could have booked a room in another hotel with an indoor pool. Breakfast included is coffee, instant oatmeal packets, granola bars, packaged mini muffins.
I like the proximity of the hotel to the areas I needed to go. It was quiet.

United States of AmericaAt about midnight a fight broke out in the room directly above us. Screaming, slamming on the floor and furniture sliding on floor. Lasted for about half an hour. Then, about 6:30 am a little dog in the next room over started barking.
The hotel room was very nice. The bed was not comfortable. The walls were super-thin.

United States of AmericaThat they would not give us another room to shower in nor apologized as we were the ones that had to point out this embarrassment of the room they were renting to us at the beginning like if we can’t trust in them that all there rooms weren’t going to be the same. Still Rose front office staff had attitude like if she was the one that was sleeping in the room and was told by her Manager Alice that in situations like these Because we are told to have the guest check there own rooms before staying there there was nothing they can do or even provide me with some cleaning supplies and never made it right.

United States of AmericaThe pillows were terrible. We also had our son and had to use sofa sleeper. When we asked for bedding and pillows we were told the hotel had NO pillows as "the construction crew " that was there previously ruined the pillows. I believe that if you are in the hotel business you should be replacing the pillows for the future guests, instead of making future guests not have what they need. Also I have been saying this for years, they need a automatic door opener. Many people in wheelchairs there. Also lightbulbs burned out above the table and above the stove. Very irritating. One air conditioner was squeaking had to turn it off.
I like the area. I stay there because I lived a few blocks away at one time. It could be better staffed, front desk staff always pulled every direction.

I didn't know that it was company policy to have you removed from property and giving a criminal trespass notice for reporting stolen items from your room this was the second time this has happened to me. Front desk staff house keeping and maintenance do a great job and work extemly hard to make you the guest feel at home rooms are clean and probably the nicest in rio rancho with full kitchens. United States of AmericaThe Male at the front desk was so polite & had a great personality. Our rooms weren't ready when we arrived because they were still cleaning them we arrived early. But he had housekeeping get them ready for us. We rode in from Raton on our motorcycles we we're beat. He offered us water and made sure we were taken care of while we waited. United States of AmericaIn the bathroom there wasn't a shower liner just a decorative hanging, it was so short it barely touched the top of the tub so when I turned on the water for a shower it made a drenchful mess each time..Also the TV guide was off. For example it showed Bravo on channel 28. I turn on 28 and HGTV comes on, which based on the guide is channel 29. I changed to channel 27 and Bravo came on. It was only on certain channels. Very weird. I shared both concerns on check out and I'm confident Michelle is going to take care of what she can.
I enjoyed the layout of the room, huge TV on a swivel so I could watch while having breakfast in the kitchen area and then when winding down in bed.. Awesome.
