    One entrance and one exit through the lobby lol but other than that, it was great

    We made our way inside the room, the condition of which was nothing short of appalling. The smell, like someone had urinated in a barrel of old cigarette butts, was overwhelming. We couldn't even shut the door. The space had clearly not been adequately cleaned or maintained. The carpet was littered with crumbs, dirt-encrusted gum, whole Cheerios and lint. The mouldings looked like they were growing fur, or worse yet- mold. The bedding was visibly stained on the covers (but neatly made) and when we pulled back the covers, the mattresses were covered in plastic under which was evidence of bed bugs. There were signs of bed bugs on the sheets, dark spots of fecal matter or blood. I do not understand why no one has turned this establishment over to the health department. We left immediately and did not stay in the room. We tried to phone the desk, but as there appeared to be no staff on duty, we decided we would be better off sleeping in the rental car than in such an unsanitary and dangerous environment.

    Upon our arrival late at night on April 6th, we tried several times to press the counter doorbell to no avail. We finally noticed a ragged sticky note stuck to a placard on the desk with a phone number written in ink. We called the number twice and finally someone called us back. As we waited in the lobby, our shoes making notable sounds from the sticky floor, we looked around at the filthy moulding and dust balls in the corners. Black debris and dust clung to the wall next to a small battered cabinet which we later discovered was "breakfast" with a big sign: NO MORE THAN 2 ITEMS PER PERSON. We were told this was the "grab and go" breakfast that they had to limit. There was NO mention of this on your website-it said "free breakfast", which was part of the reason we chose this location when we booked.

    YOU COULD HAVE ACTUALLY HAD A ROOM FOR ME BASED ON MY ACTUAL RESERVATION. Instead, I had to find a different room at a different hotel after midnight. Stupidest experience I've ever had with a hotel.

    Was told by staff that Booking.com consistently overbooks this location, so I THEY HAD NO ROOM FOR ME. This was after I arrived after 11 pm and just wanted to go to bed. Ridiculous to make a reservation weeks in advance and then find out it was pointless.

    After I booked my reservation (paid in advance) the site showed a senior price I'm a senior 73 years old. So I did not get the price I deserved. The room is old and not well maintained. the bed was hard as the floor and the pillows were flat as a pancake terrible! The staff was very unfriendly and unwelcoming!

    There was coffee and bags of oatmeal which we did not eat. Is that considered breakfast? Location was only positive of the entire 2 night stay.

    The grounds were unkept. Trash was allowed to accumulate and overflow the outside garbage cans. Garbage sat for four days before someone clean up the horrible mess. The carpet in the room was awful. Breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal from a to-go coffee cup. No coffee or breakfast were available most days.

    The fact that they have not refunded the funds. My not being able to stay there was because of a problem with the room

    Nothing couldn’t stay there because room had a leak but property did not have another room and so far has not refunded what I paid.

    I was extremely disappointed. I booked a room with 2 beds. They gave us 1 because they were out. Then we were given half of a roll of toilet paper. We asked for more and they were all out for hours. We went back 3 times before getting some and the attendee was not happy I even asked for it. I felt like we were a disturbance and there was no good breakfast given, so I had to walk to a place down the way.

    The lady got rude when I told her the TV wasn’t working and asked if I can be switched a different room. She instantly asked if I would like to cancel in a hostile manner then proceeded to yell at me.I stated that I would just like to switch because of the tv issue not cancel the reservation. She then replied “ well I don’t have any available, which was a lie. I replied are you sure because I seen a few vacant ones when I was looking for my room. She then replied in a hostile manner “those rooms are booked already, I then said oh don’t have to yell imma guest here and I haven’t yelled nor been disrespectful to you. She then said hold on I’m about to call my manager. After getting off the phone with her manager. She proceeded to her computer. I then asked was your manager able to come up with a resolution. She then replied in a rude manner “HOLD ON” I then waited and an another room magically appeared that smell horribly. Worst Hotel visit ever!!!!!!

    Empty bags of food and trash under the bed. Tenants yelling and fighting ar 2am on the steps for over an hour. Dangerous area, ghetto fabulous. Floor and carpet are sticky to the touch. The bed was so old there were several spots that were caved in, very uncomfortable bed. No trash can anywhere or coffee machine. Majority of the amenities weren't there. Do not recommend.

    The staff lied about everything , I was told I was going to be refunded and still have not there was no tv and place was very nasty. The alarm clock blew up in my kids face when she turned it on

    Ok, it was Smelly and Dirty. I arrived a lil after 5 and lil left less than 10 minutes later, I was at the office canceling the reservation. The policy says there is a free cancellation before 6pm. They did not cancel my reservation after saying they did, now I’m awaiting an investigation into this.

    Absolutely no room service cleaning anything

    My rum attendant that was supposed to be bringing me things for my room was drinking alcohol in the morning when she got there all the way until the time that she left, I actually smelled her wreaking of weed. I asked her name she looked at me and said Alex, why customer service is key that’s why ma’am

    -very dirty. Full garbage bin as soon as I walked in room. food particles on kitchen floor. I called cleaning service twice and never got it. Another room called at same time I was in office with similar complaints. Even went as far as asking for a vacuum cleaner just to feel cleaner. Couldn't offer another pillow or blanket. -didnt feel safe. Lot of people sleeping in cars as they didn't monitor who parked in their parking lot. -front desk offered housekeeping 2 days from time I called and I still never had even received even basic services. I only needed garbage cleared and floor cleaned. -breakfast service was gone well before end of breakfast service. Had to set alarm 30 mins before just to get a cup of hot water. No offer to provide after the fact - no kitchenware to be found in my room. I had a microwave a fridge. That was it. No plates, bowls, cutlery etc. Would not return. Complained to ESA and never heard anything - not expecting a refund but an apology would have gone a long way.

    The closeness near TCU was good. Front desk was 50/50.

    That the pool and washing machine both were not working while we were there. Also, the breakfast was nice, with oatmeal topping bar, but they need to have plain oatmeal too to even be able to add those nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, brown sugar and cranberries and syrups, without adding too much extra sugar.

    We were on the first floor close to lobby and Olé South Pancake House was right across the parking lot, supreme! :D The front desk exhibited the kind of friendliness you expect to see in the South, so that was really nice. The fitness room was literally next door to us too, so convenient. And yes we did use it every day we were there.

    There was a cockroach the size of a mouse that ran across my bed while I was laying in it.

    I didn't like that y'all took my payment on line then you wouldn't release the funds to them so they cancelled my reservation but you have not returned my money to my card and it has been a month now
