They said they had indoor pool on their site and that was the reason we picked their hotel. The pool was not open. We would not have chosen that hotel It was false advertising. Not happy about that.

Breakfast was not ready at 630.I had to go to work and didn't get a chance to eat.

No pool this is the second time I booked a place and the pool was being worked on. Looked like being worked on long term. No smoking but could of stayed in the hall for contact high.

The place was looking really run down, no transport links with the airport considering it was so close and the reason we picked it.

The staff were exceptionally helpful.

Once you get to the room it gets creepy. We turned the lights on and it just flickered. The tv was already turned on. The shower looked dirty and rusty. Room definitely needs some upgrades.

Close to the airport and a good rate for a last minute booking. The lobby looked promising and the room was spacious and the bed was comfy

There were zero rolls of toilet paper in my room and one of the double beds was not made up at all with clean bedding, someone clearly forgot to come back and finish the room. The black bed skirt was nasty dirty like someone spit or wiped snot all over it, yuk! The rest was fine.

There were veryfew ammenities in the rooms. We had to go downstairs to get more toilet paper. There wasn't any extra in the room. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. Shower was very small and easy to slip in the tub. The room was very nice. Bed was comfortable and had a nice sitting area to hang out as well.

The hallways were warm and muggy, hallway carpets were gross. The shower was yuck and the pool was under repair

I spent more for this place because I seen it was shuttle service to the airport only to find out it runs from 8:00 -8:00. So I ended up paying for my Uber yet. I was upset about that.

The staff was by far the best I've come across they were so kind and helpful . And everything was last minute and booking had never confirmed my first room but they were still able to get us in a room even with our troubles using the third party website

The front desk people tried to pressure us to purchase raffle tickets. Very unprofessional. We had another couple with us. Their room wasn’t ready until after 10pm. TERRIBLE

There was no duvet on the bed when I checked in - just sheets. There were also no bath towels. Had to ask for both. TV remote had crud caked on it. Room and hotel overall desperately need a deep clean and renovation.

The folks at the front desk were friendly enough. Bed was comfortable enough.

The bathroom sink would not drain. The tv would not shut off. There was no shuttle to the airport, as advertised.

No clean sheets, nasty tube, the room smelled really bad. There was no quit or spread on the bed. I notified them immediately about the dirty pillow cases. No one ever came to correct.

Location was convenient for the event I was attending.

Filthy smelly. Noisy. Bugs in bathroom and living room. Unclean poorly made beds. Dirty towels. Just horrendous Bathroom was filthy ! Stains and smell on carpets in room and in lobby and corridors

I reported light over the sink out first night right after I got in bulb wasn't changed or fixed. Trash was not emptied entire stay, towels not changed in fact the room was never serviced my entire visit. the room was cold the shower leaked the air handler was loud. I left after fourth night to stay elsewhere.
