1. Motion censor lights - lights come on at 4 am when go to bathroom. 2. Room alarm went off at 3 am. 3. Maid tried to enter room around 8:30ish, while we were still sleeping.

There was blood stains on the sheets. It was so late when we arrived at the hotel and we had to be at the airport so early we didn't mention it to the staff we just didn't sleep on that sheet.

The location was wonderful! And the staff was amazing!

The breakfast option was incredibly sparse. The only drink options were water or coffee. The parking lot situation was tricky to navigate. There was no fridge option for my dinner left overs. I tried calling down to the front desk, but all I got was a busy signal every time.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. I liked the security of the premises. I felt safe during my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and offered to provide extras of any amenities that I needed during my stay. The location was great! I didn't have a lot of street noise to keep me up.

We were told upon arrival that there will be a complementary breakfast which only included baked goods that were probably bought in a grocery store. Nothing special

Loud music in the lobby. Loud music coming from the housekeepers cart in the morning. Advertised Airport Shuttle was not running. Continental breakfast was packaged breakfast breads. No fruit. No tea.

Did not like the heating/air condition settings, it was hard to find comfort level, either one degree too hot or too cool. Did not particularily like the smell of cannabis/marijuana from other guests rooms nearby.

Like the water pressure of the shower, Like the pet friendly accomodation.

I asked for a late checkout when i checked in… My check out time got extended by 1 hour.. as expected. Then I get a phone call 1 hour before the normal checkout time saying they can no longer accommodate my request and that I needed to vacate the room in 1 hour time… I have stayed for 2 nights.. you’d figure if it was a mistake someone would have talked to me sooner… Who does that?

There was no fridge or microwave in the room. The "continental breakfast" was just cold pastries and coffee. The morning that I checked out, one of the employees was just hanging out with his friends and yelling expletives at each other in the lobby. Most floors smelled strongly of marijuana.

Very clean, staff was overall very pleasant. Great distance to airport, rental car location, and the family that I was visiting. Lots of dining options around.

The TV wasn't working, so the front desk needed to come and help. After 10 minutes, she got it. The beds were OK, as were the pillows, nothing great. The bathroom floor behind the door hasn't been cleaned in a while. The next morning, there was no breakfast like most hotels offer. She said all they had right now was mini muffins, plain croissants and some chocolate thing. It was very disappointing for sure.

The staff was awesome, and the main floor was beautiful. The room was a nice size, which allowed our kid to play.

There was no refrigerator in the room which was fine as we only stayed 1 night. And the breakfast was most a couple pastries other than that there was no real concerns or dislikes.

Good location, price was decent, it was nice, comfortable, and clean with friendly welcoming staff. After reading other reviews I was hesitant to book it but it turned out very much better than expected.

I probably interacted with 6 staff members, and they were all charming. Also, the transport they arranged to the airport was easy and stress-free--that's saying a lot for a 5am trip.
