The house keeping was rude , if you asked for some help they’ll give you the death stare and huff and puff like it’s a problem to get extra toiletries. They didn’t supply enough toilet paper in the room . The elevator is old and dirty ( chewed gum on the floor and other trash ). Breakfast isn’t free besides the orange juice and waffle .

I ordered food from the restaurant on site. It was not good. And overpriced for what you get.

The staff was very accommodating! The room was very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable as well. Highly recommend.

Breakfast: if you say complimentary breakfast it doesn’t mean that you just serve cold food only( like bread, yogurt, muffins, there has to be some hot food like scrambled egg, potato Coffee pot was very small can not serve 10 people at a time Need proper coffee machine. Also the staff was not prompt to refill the empty food or beverages. People come and stay in hotel for some relaxation breakfast timing was worst 6:00am to 9:00am. I saw lots of visitors came after nine and they didn’t have anything to serve as staff start closing down the breakfast area 5 mins before 9:00 am

The rest of the hotel is a hot mess. Old dirty elevator, with sticky floors and the carpets on the hall haven't been updated since the 80's. Old worn and there is dated smell as well. If you spend the money to update the lobby, why not the rest of the hotel ?

Lobby is gorgeous, with all the free coffee and tea you want. Restaurant is nice. Bed was comfy

Rooms were outdated, specifically the washroom. The sink and bath tub had wear and tare stains. Though clean and comfortable, the bedsheets had small stains. Walls were very thin, could hear the rumbling of the ice machine from inside the room.

Lobby was nice, a lot of parking, good location, bed was comfortable.

Now breakfast has small hamburger which consider improved. But still not my type. Sometimes, the Wi-Fi is very slow.

The room needs to be updated. Cable went out on my last night there so I had no tv to watch when I retired for the night. Buffet breakfast was for sale not free.

The mattress was way too firm for my liking unfortunately. I prefer pillow tops! The jetted tub did not hold the water well at all, I had to keep refilling the tub. The plug was closed off but not a tight seal so the water continued to drain.

Hallways look really old, carpet stained. Hole in the wall of our room, TV not working.

Entrance of the building looked fine/updated. Beds were comfortable, enough towels, nice “Dove” products. Breakfast for the price paid fine.

No fault of their own.... Big cold spell when we were there, almost zero degrees. Floors of our 2nd story room were cold but hey, it was sub zero out!!

After I booked, then I read the mixed reviews. Was a bit nervous about staying there but am glad we did. Our room was very nice, clean, bed comfy.... Front desk staff was awesome and friendly, very helpful.

The bathroom didn’t look very clean, yellow spots in the tub, I also found a few hairs in the towels. Rooms hallway looks like something out of a scary movie.
