Lot of aspects in the room that are showing their age. I understand in a large hotel that it's costly to upgrade all the rooms but needs to be done. For example, all the doors are very old. Bathroom door won't stay open. Chair/headboard on bed both have many upholstery scratches.

The room was a little worn around the edges and for some reason I didn’t get housekeeping service (I don’t think I waived it but the room hadn’t been refreshed at the end of the day when I returned).

The hotel is attractive inside the lobby and public spaces. The pool and fitness room are great. The bed was super comfortable. Free coffee in the lobby in the AM was great and I loved the chocolate cookies at check in. Folks at the front desk were very always friendly, helpful, and efficient. And I appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave in the room.

I left a pair of trousers in the room and only realized after we checked out. I called a few days ago and spoke to the reception and housekeeping, and they told me that they haven't found anything

If you're looking to stay outside of Monsey, this is the perfect spot. Clean, comfortable, well priced. Value for money, and perfectly located. Exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay there again

The pool used to be the draw, now it is filled with children that are chaotic. The poor attendant couldn't even do anything. This used to be my hidden gem as a night away from city, now it's like a chuckecheese...such a shame!

I did not request a smoking section, but most of the floor smelled like smoke. I wasn't thrilled that my room was the last one in the hall by the exit door.

I like the location. The hotel is clean, and breakfast is good.

There was nothing I disliked. Some travelers might possibly think the rooms are a bit dated, but everything is in great shape, clean and a great value.

It is very, very clean. The rooms are immaculately clean and there are always maintenance workers doing maintenance in the common areas. I have stayed here more than once. Always satisfactory. It’s also very quiet.

Was looking for a commutable to NYC hotel for work, and the Doubletree by Hilton in Nanuet was great. Close to major highways. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I thought my room was great. It was super clean (to me, that is the #1 item of importance!) and well equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, and a single cup coffeemaker with coffee that was pretty decent (and liquid Coffeemate vs the powdered stuff). There’s a restaurant on premises, but I didn’t try it. It was quiet at night. I slept very well!!
