We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United States of AmericaI had an issue with the TV remote in my room. The remote I had would not work the TV. Janice, the night desk person, went above and beyond finding me a remote that would work. She looked in a number of rooms for a remote that would work with my TV. When that didn’t work, she ultimately found me a nearby room with a working TV/remote and cheerfully made the room switch for me. Janice is truly an asset and goodwill ambassador for Comfort Inn. United States of AmericaNo communication between management and staff. We attempted to stay an extra night and were told all the rooms were booked but we could upgrade to a jacuzzi room. However the jacuzzi was not working but they still wanted to upgrade. Another clerk kept us in the same room with no problem but. My bill reflected a double charge for the room and no return of the $50 fee for the room. The room was nice, clean and well equipped but I’m pretty sure we will go elsewhere next time.

Since we use Booking.com for our travel accommodations & we love this particular Comfort Inn, would it be possible to give us a credit?

United States of AmericaPool, no tv service due to weather- we stayed here for one night so it wasn’t a big deal but maybe use a cable service that doesn’t go down due to storms since they are pretty common here.
A lot of the amenities are a bit out dated( the pool was dirty with insects including huge bugs at the bottom - would not go in) , the hotel itself seems a bit outdated (tvs not working due to thunder and lightening two days prior) . I wouldn’t stay here again for the price paid, the staff did everything they could to make sure we were happy so that changed this review from a not so happy one to a decent one. Breakfast was great- it was complimentary which was a huge plus!

Also- I initially asked the cleaning lady who was on our floor for an extra towel and was told I had to go to the front desk for one- not sure why. A minor inconvenience but nothing to prevent me from another booking at the hotel.
