Hotel was in a great location near Longwood Gardens and room was clean and had comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant located on the same property was excellent. In the future when I visit the area this will be the only hotel I consider staying in. Great place and the free breakfast was a nice surprise too!

No close entrance to building from back parking lot. There was a door but it appeared that it was mostly use by housekeeping staff.

Breakfast was good with a nice selection to choose from. We ate at the Inn restaurant and found it to be excellent. Looking forward to a return visit.

We messed up the heat with ac so a little too warm for sleeping but this was user error

The inn, nothing, it was great. The restaurant; we were seated right away, our drinks and appetizers came out very quickly but the main course took quite a while to come out. My husband’s steak was over cooked as opposed to medium and my pasta scampi was gritty and flavorless. A bit over priced for what we received.

The location was perfect as our reason for being there was to goto Longwood Gardens. The room was cozy, clean and quiet. We did eat at the Restaurant there but I was not impressed with that as much as I was with the inn.

Noisy group at fire pit was mildly annoying—on third floor, still pretty loud— but was earlier than I realized and maybe I was just tired and crabby.

Very pretty, lots of parking, and great location for our purpose. Didn’t realize it was a conference center, so bigger than I expected.

Shower- great pressure but no safety mat available for use. Shower head needed cleaning - spraying out to side.

Location was perfect Breakfast was very good, selections for every type of consumer.

packaged sweet roll was dry, tasteless , and too many calories. Would have enjoyed some cup of yogurt.

What’s not to like? We would like to return during the warmer months to enjoy the outdoor space as well.

The property had a feeling of warmth and felt more like a home. There were multiple seating areas throughout buildings and outside. A fireplace was burning in the bar lobby/lounge area and the staff were extremely friendly and pleasant to converse with.

Wear and tear - burned out light bulb in my bathroom, frayed carpeting in areas, several beverage dispensers out of order.

it was good but they ran our of bacon an hour and a half from closing of breakfast menu. Location was perfect.

No tissues in room. No hair dryer in bathroom. No table in the room. Curtains didn't shut fully to the outside which could make it harder to sleep.

The bed was comfortable and sheets were soft. It was nice to have breakfast included and not have to worry about traveling elsewhere!

Totally understand the need to give the staff off, but would have liked the bar open Monday. It is not a deal breaker, staff was all multitasking.

breakfast was a good selection. Sunday brunch was amazing. We were 3 sisters on a 3 day trip to see the sights and this was a perfect location. Sunday night in the bar was lively and fun ! great food, service and staff. would return.

My parents needed a handicapped room and they were in a separate building outside and had to go outside to come to breakfast. If there had been bad weather this would have been a major issue.

We were there for 4 nights and they never cleaned the room. If you wanted extra towels you had to go to the front desk and ask. Getting the extra towels was not an issue but having the dirty towels piled in the bathroom was.

Location in Brandywine Valley, close to Longwood Gardens. Very good restaurant on site. Good breakfasts.
