Apparently the man checking me in did not understand me. He tried to get me to sign someone else's room booking. The whole hotel reeked of tobacco smoke. The inside of the bathroom door had old blood stains on it. although we were in a non smoking room, the blankets had cigarette burns in them. The toilet had a ring around the water line as if it had not been cleaned recently.

Didn't know there was a breakfast.

The grounds around the building had trash that got blown there by the wind. Also, the breakfast options were too limited. One type of cereal that was separated into single servings in zip lock bags. I didn't know how those Frosted Flakes were transferred from the original box (dirty hands or fell on the counter?) One type of bread, 2 flavors of jam. I can understand if they don't want to do a waffle iron or oatmeal, but they should provide cereal in sealed boxes and more choices.

I was disappointed to be asked to pay an extra $25 for my dog because he's house trained and clean.

The people around were smoking weed and we did not feel safe leaving our car outside. a lot of weird people hanging out on that hotel. we did not stay and booked another one.

Time to renovate and update. Everything is worn out, stained and shabby.

Hotel is run down and shabby. Dirty tables in the lobby. Stained and worn out carpets. Cigarette burns. Old and worn out bedspreads. Concierge at desk was very friendly and helpful. He just needs to shave and look nice for guests. Thermal shirt and dirty jeans are not acceptable. Breakfast is nothing much really but I didn't have it. Everything is worn and shabby.

The room was missing basic amenities like a phone and alarm clock. A staff member was helpful, but these seem like the kinds of things that should already be in the room.

I stayed at the hotel for its competitive price point. It's also conveniently located directly next to a service centre with a gas station and a few fast food restaurants and only a few miles from the highway.

Check in was at 3 pm and we got there at 7:45 and waited 15 minutes for a desk clerk to check us in. We got to the room and they hadn't cleaned it yet. We went to eat at the restaurant in the parking lot. That is a different review. At 11 pm someone was using a key to get in, when I opened the door the guests said they were given that room also, then the clerk called to verify who I was. The next day they cleaned the room and took the food that was in the refrigerator we purchased. I never saw the desk clerk after the first check in.

The room was disgustingly dirty and smelled really bad. Blanket on bed was full of holes. Toilet seat dirty. Refrigerator unplugged, door stuck closed with spilled soda. Had to clean everything before using. Glad I brought cleaning disinfectant and deodorizer.

The facility was close to the venue we were visiting. The bed was comfortable. Low cost for room.
