Pool was listed as heated but wasn't and they ended up finding the pack and play but when I made the booking it was confirmed to be available via messages beforehand but when we checked in they had no idea about it and had to hunt one down for a while. The front desk person was a bit rude regarding our shuttle and pack and play requests.

Breakfast was very good, location was great. Some of the staff was very helpful. Pool would be decent in the summer. Comfy beds.

I think I paid too much on Booking.com. I rebooked the same hotel for this coming week, called the hotel itself and got it a lot cheaper.

We arrived in Tampa after a 3 hr flight delay, after 11pm. When called this hotel at 11:03pm was told their van shuttle from the airport stopped at 11, with no exceptions as their driver went home for the night. Had to take a $60 Uber to the hotel with no reimbursement. Additional cost of $8 per person for shuttle to cruise port. If the shuttle is full, they will order/pay for an Uber to get to port. LOTS OF STAIRS.

Clean. Lots of fast food options close by. IHOP within walking distance. Publix within walking distance.

If I was staying long term I would be looking for a location that allows for walking to services, stores and some experiences. More seating space for breakfast. Some boundaries around the property to ensure some privacy when using amenities.

The location was convenient to the airport. Rooms were very nice. The outside and access to stores and restaurants was a little difficult due to traffic, etc. The staff were awesome! Very kind and helpful.

The room seemed a little dirty, but that could be because they are in the midst of renovations. Could probably use more staff or more organization in the breakfast area on cruise days. The lone attendant was trying her best to keep up, but with so many people there it was a bit chaotic.

Breakfast was good, more than we expected - pastries and breads, yogurt, eggs, bacon, waffles. The room was comfortable, but dated. The shuttle to the cruise port was a good deal. Good location in walking distance of shops and restaurants. We also used the complimentary shuttle from the airport, although they never did answer us as to how to get the shuttle and someone at the airport had to inform us. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Our room was on the 2nd floor. There were four steps from the elevator down to the walkway in front of our room. My husband has difficulty walking and with stairs. The staff was very helpful when we left in the morning and carried our suitcases up the stairs. We should have asked for a handicap accessible room when making our reservation.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Nice complimentary breakfast and coffee available at all times in the lobby.
