Toilet to low, stain on the floor by bed, fridge looked well used, pillows chunky, bed uncomfortable

Like several other hotel chains we've stayed at recently, this hotel's bathroom featured a short toilet designed for preschoolers - very uncomfortable for adults, and for anyone with back or knee issues difficult to sit or rise from. Also, the shower head was completely stationary, no room for adjustment - and so high on the wall that I couldn't reach it anyway. That's annoying, since it was set to a nice angle for a six-foot person, but not all people are tall. I don't know how much money hotels are saving by buying toddler-size toilets and putting shower heads out of reach but it is costing them BIG in customer satisfaction.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable, and the woman who checked us in was friendly and efficient. The hotel is close to the exit off I-95.

The rooms were not good. Not only were they dirty but old. The bathroom tub/showers were dirty and moldy, the toilet in one room ran all the time. The refrigerators were either too cold or didn't get cold. The bedding, especially the dust ruffles were not clean. Maybe because everything was in bad shape. We just made the best of it. The staff may our stay worth the stay!

The staff was amazing. They were very accommodating.

Something happened in the computer with my reservation, and booking asked that they let stay in a room and fix the issue in the morning since I had paid and they were not trying to accommodate at all not even the manager who was called.

Did not get close to elevator as I had asked..or 1st floor. Last room on the 2nd floor. Very disappointed

It seems to have understaffed. It took over 10 minutes to get checked in. We waited alone in the lobby for that time. At breakfast they were constantly out of coffee.

Breakfast, don't tell me breakfast is included in the price and it's not worth eating, air condition unit, cleanliness of the room. It was dirt and dust in the corners of the bathroom floors and the sink top was dusty. That is a total turn-off when I have to go in and clean first. That makes me question if you ever changed the beds.

The breakfast was not good to me at all. They advertise a buffet with just eggs and sausage which is one of the lowest grades.

Noise level was awful, the guest on the floor above was very noisy. Children were jumping up and down and rolling the chairs, it felt like they were going to come through the ceiling.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms need to be updated especially the exssessible rooms. Carpets need to be replaced, it has a smell to it.

Hotel needs some TLC. When I first walked into my room, I noticed a stain on the bed throw but we just took it off. The carpet in our room was torn. There was a stain on the mattress. My key never worked after we'd leave for the day and come back. Staff wasn't very friendly except 1 person.

The front desk clerk checking in. He seemed to want to be anywhere but at work (had the same attitude 2 weeks later on our next stay). He doesn't know about the TV channels and no help. I did find out on a later visit that the front desk DOES have a TV channel list!

Some minor maintenance needs some attention.

We didn't use the Wifi while visiting; it was just an overnight stay. The location was great as it was close to I-95 and walking distance to a few eateries.

The night clerk at the desk. He acts like he would rather be anywhere other than there. We also stayed here 2 weeks prior and had the same experience with him. There are no TV guides in the room. We asked both visits and was told the guide was on channel 30. Nope, nothing on 30. It's very frustrating to go through 98 channels trying to find the one you want! His excuse? We're not allowed to have the TV on in the lobby. At checkout the next morning, I complained about this and was told, "we have a listing down here for guests when they call!" What??? How difficult is it to get/make a TV listing and have copies in the rooms?!?! Beds are extremely soft (we prefer a much firmer mattress).

Location is good, but trying to find it in the "complex" of shopping/restaurants is difficult. If you miss a turn, you must go completely (due to the one-ways, barricades and roundabouts) around the complex and back out onto the main road.

Room kinda smelled like it needed the air conditioning on. Come to find out that the AC unit in room 207 is leaking into the carpet in which was making it smell. Hope it's taken care of properly and no black mold forms..
