Beds were hard and the dresser and night stand wouldnt stay closed, there was a strong smell not sure if it was cleaner or what, the toilet wouldnt stop running and there was white spray stuff all over the head boards of the beds.

Double bed.. Too small. Very firm bed. No hangers. No shower curtain. Leak in area of sink or refrigerator. Clock/alarm not working. There was no remote for the TV. No breakfast, just coffee and granola bars.. Pump for creamer inop. Exterior needed cleanup and up grading.

Interior was clean. Staff were pleasant. Price, marginally, the best in the area. If I had been one of the contruction workers that were staying, there, the kitchenette etc would have been fine. Best price...

Did not like the creepy vibe there. You could hear everyone opening and closing door. Looked unkept, especially the stairway.

Someone was burning the devils lettuce near the front door. The lobby smelled of it. that is why we did not partake in the breakfast.

Bed was a little too stiff/hard for my liking but I still slept good. Even though it's a smoke-free place, you still can smell smoke but not strong and a little bit of a musky smell (maybe old carpet). Breakfast could be a little better. It was just packaged oatmeal, granola bars, muffins, and coffee. I don't think it would be too much more to add juice, fruit like bananas/apples/oranges, and other variety of pastries.

Bathroom was nice, like maybe recently upgraded and nice little kitchen area. Bed was clean (I've seen hair, lint, crumbs in other places). Staff was nice.

Booked a queen bed but recieved a full bed for 2 adults 😫. Smell of trash throughout building. The trash room was overfill with someone's belongings and trash on the floor. The doors slammed really hard. The elevator is a little shaky.

Location, size of room, courtesy of staff was good. They were accommodating when the TV remote didn't work and found me a working one. Water was warm and didn't take forever to heat up. Small refrigerator that worked well for our one stay.

The first floor hallway had a very disturbing putrid smell like a dead animal of some sort and there was a note stating “Housekeeping please” the first day of my stay until the end of my stay the note remained on that door. Meanwhile I saw housekeepers but clearly no cleaning was down as the smell remained. On day 2 I saw one of the biggest cockroaches I’ve ever seen in my life in the bathroom.

Good place due to the price if you’re on a very low budget.

When i arrived at the location they had already given my room away after having reservations and confirmation number. The guy at the desk told me that he can give me a refund after driving over 2 hours and with 4 grandkids. Than after telling him that I have reservation, he than says that he over booked. So a room came available that was in someone's else name, so he said that he had a room available. Now as I said that I had 4 small grandkids. The room the guy gave me had no air or heat and it was cold as hell in the room. I walked down to the front desk to tell the guy and he said that that no one can do anything until Monday. I asked for a heater or extra blankets and he said that they had neither. When I got ready to check out on Sunday I learn that the room was in the name of a woman from Louisiana and I was no where in the computer. The lady was wondering how that happened and why. I told her I was wondering the same thing too. The stay was ok. It was just the cold room and the gut giving my room away

The fridge in my room was broken with the towels left inside , didn’t realize there was a puddle on the floor till later . The room didn’t seem like it was throughly cleaned the walls looked pretty nasty . Last but least the room had a very stale smell along with the addition the next day the hallway smelling of puke and dried stains didn’t seem like the place is well kept up . Definitely needs some TLC this property .

The customer service was great , and the location is convenient near major businesses.

We made a reservation in June and somehow that reservation was not available when we visited in October. We then had to call booking.com to change the room type just so we could pay for it. I wasn't entirely sure why that information could not be changed at the desk, but it was pretty inconvenient. The bathroom was probably the most disappointing. The shower had black mold growth, 2 rough towels, and a single towel for in front of the shower. There is 0 counter space in the bathroom for toiletries. The toilet seat was broken and slid around if you sat on it. There was a beetle on my pillow the first night. You could also feel every spring in the bed. The floors did not look very clean.

Evening staff member was not friendly at checkin. He actually coughed on my ID! Covid is still a thing, dude. But my main complaint is that the outer doors were locked only once during my week-long stay. I did not feel safe.

The room was dated but the bed was comfortable. Pillows not so much. Wi-Fi is terrible. You can upgrade for an upcharge...so, not really free. Breakfast is just coffee, granola bars and prepackaged muffins. Some mornings they put out packets of oatmeal. Woohoo!

The rooms are very dated, the hallways are damp and dark. It was not like it looked in the pictures online or the advertising. There was also a smell, like someone was cooking. There were people outside, in the parking lot and when leaving, there was a couple "making out" by the door. It was uncomfortable and disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
