You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaRestroom in the room was somewhat dirty. Toilet seat was broken. The cleaning staff entered my room everyday even though they never should have cleaned the room at all. I didn’t find anything missing but I do know they went through our stuff in the room on the first morning they cleaned the room. Bathroom never got any cleaner except adding fresh towels and wash rags. I could have used both of those the entire trip. Saved water, detergent and the staff wouldn’t have went through my stuff. We picked up the room each morning after the first just because we expected the cleaning crew to come in. Very disappointing when you are told they will not be in your room
It could have been better. It had the exact same things everyday. It would have helped to have more jelly flavors and flavored cream cheese for the bagels 🥯

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was bad. Bagels dry, sausage, Eggs weren't good, dry. And when I asked the lady if they would make more, she said they would..but it would take time. I know it doesn't take much time to make eggs. We didn't get the eggs unfortunately. I would stay again to give them another chance but please do better on breakfast.
