Remodeling made it quite chaotic and noisy at night. Breakfast was terrible because coffee was cold and no eggs left until they made more. No one supervising that aerea. Hope they remove the hall rug as it was dirty.

There was no bedside lamp. I asked for one and got a floor lamp, not one that would go on the nightstand. It worked okay. There was a lot of construction noise as they were redoing other rooms in the manner that my room had been redone. Ok. The breakfast options available included the waffle option (nice and hot, with butter and syrup), bagels that one could toast, butter, milk, coffee. That's it. Better than nothing, but lacking . . . fruit, cereal, bread choices (no whole grain bread), jam, jelly, not to mention bacon, eggs, peanut butter. Breakfast very minimal. I opted for the waffle and appreciated the hot breakfast.

The place was super clean and had good stuff in bathroom: towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, lotion. All good. The bed sheets, pillows, and blankets were great. There was the little coffee maker and coffee. The desk and chair were excellent. The room did not have carpeted floor. Instead it had laminate floors which are easier to keep clean. I appreciate that! It would be nice to have indoor slippers (like some airlines provide on long flights) because the floor while clean is also super cold.

The rooms could use clean up in there walls and disinfect the beds like headboards perhaps bathrooms need improvement it look worst than motel 6 if needed to compare

Outdated. Furniture and doors were broken or chipped. Paint from probably a quick repair on the carpet. Mirror stickers of some kind on the head board. Could hear every other door open and close. Could also hear the people above us every time they walked. Definitely was not a first choice.

Cleanliness of hallways, stairways (there is no elevator), etc. It is a very old facility so perhaps they are doing the best with what they’ve got?

The first room we were given was not cleaned (underwear on the floor, paraphernalia scattered about, unclean). No elevator. Pillows were cheap, uncomfortable. Air conditioner did not cool the room.

The location was not far from the area we spent time. Easy access. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Room size was comfortable.

A terrible and traumatic experience at this hotel. Please read this, even though it’s long. I was there for one night… During checking out, I was told that I was charged (when they ran my card at check in) $100 for “damaged bedsheets and comforter”. I was confused, because no maids or staff had been to my room during my stay. My room didn’t even have a comforter on the bed (just sheets). The man at the front desk (named Munniss) was not being receptive to my clear confusion about the charge. He told me that I could call on Friday to discuss the transaction with the lady (named Erica) who checked me in. Wanting this to be resolved sooner, I told the front desk man that he could go check my room and see that I didn’t do any damaging. When he came back, he walked into the maid’s room across the hall and held up a comforter with a large, circular red stain (I really think it was BLOOD). He pointed at it and insinuated, “you did this”. I was truly disgusted and the image of him with that nasty sheet is burned into my mind. After seeing that comforter, I just wanted to leave. The very callous front desk man told me I could wait to talk to his manager (her name was Suni). She was equally callous. I asked for the corporate number to file a dispute (and I did). Overall, there is nothing quality about this inn. Save yourself the stress and stay literally anywhere else.
