The shower head was dirty and rusty and wasn’t even in a comfortable mode the water came out too harsh

The bed was comfortable it had me in a choke hold I didn’t wanted to get up. The breakfast is A1 very good 6am-10 am

A discount for the stay because the amenities were not available.

The breakfast was fine above average. The hotel needs lots of maintenance. The pool was not working but they charged the full amount without prior warning before check in. When we did arrive at 5pm after 10hrs do driving we were informed of the pool not available and we could book somewhere else if we choose to. REALLY! They could have given a discount on the overall price because the amenities were not working. But the were snappy so now I have no option but to write this review.

Pool was out toilet was broken it was clean but smelled funny

The sliding glass door didn't lock. The balcony looked out over the courtyard, but it wasn't very well kept. It all needed a little update, but the plumbing worked great! There was only one chair on the balcony, so we couldn't sit out there, but I would stay there again. I bet that was a high class place in it's day.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They all spoke english that wasn't broken and hard to understand! Yeah! The lobby when you walked in was nice. The bed looked odd at first, but it was very comfortable and clean! The room was big. The plumbing worked great!

I didn't like the smell of bug spray in stairwells. I didn't like the water in the pool. It would have been better heated.

The breakfast is a real breakfast. The bed was very nice. Nice thick pillows. Staff was very pleasant.

Toilet fixture was very weak. The room cleanliness was very very basic A stitch smell in main lobby. Smoke smell in hallway near stairway and in the stairways. Hotel was non-smoking hotel! Balcony chairs were not clean, non- matching and very cheap.

Overall fair and descent hotel for the price. Beautiful location and view of the ocean. Friendly staff, answered questions and showed patience while dealing with a system glitch for incidental fees. (Fee was processed separately from room fee and only wanted cash)!! Incidental fee $100 was returned as explained! Exact money denomination was returned the same as I paid!

It is important to maintain a good state of animosity in the customer service area, even if our day or shift is hard. The client should not persist that things are going wrong. And appearance is important too. It is just an advice.

We didn't have breakfast, but it's okay. The location y nice and accessible.

My room smelled of a mix of a tinge of smoke and Febreeze. The walls were dirty and needed paint.

Weird smell. Window don’t block sound so we could hear highway cars all night long. Small full bed.

Very convenient location close to i-30. Very good price. Perfect for a one night stay. Decent breakfast. Big room.

The hotel Looks a bit outdated. The interior looks like it was painted, but not very carefully. The colors were too dark. The property needs to be freshened up quite a bit. Grass area around pool, wood trim around building.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was good and the breakfast was good and offered quite a few choices.

Said breakfast was served 6-9 am, went down at 730 and was told breakfast was done both days. Also tv didn’t work and they didn’t have another or somewhere to move us too. Bathroom was super dirty with hair all over the floor and garbage in trashes.

Beds were small. There was a rip in the sofa when we checked in windows and mirrors weren't clean. The whole room needs updating . Wouldn't have done any good to complain it was completely full the handle on the toilet was broken

The coffee in the room was bad and they had the same coffee down in the dining room. There was no microwave in the room, only 1 sitting chair and 1 desk chair which wasn’t comfortable.

Sam the breakfast staff was exceptional in every way. Personal was lovely, she had all my questions answered and when she didn’t know an answer she went and found it for me. We just love her.
